      I purchased the hardcover and digital yearbook from Kaymbu on 6-27-23. My Order Number: *******. I was promised: 1 x Hardcover + Digital Link Bundle ($85/ea) - $85.00 Hardcover books and Digital version (*** drive). I have tried to contact this company at least four times via email and have never received a response. The company sent a link to the digital product, but did not send the *** as promised in my order summary. The link they provided me did not work, and I attempted it numerous times from different computers. The hardcover yearbook was literally just sent to me this month, when it was supposed to be shipped July 2023. The product is not what I ordered. The company had allowed users to modify the yearbooks to exclude pictures if they chose. I meticulously went through the photos and excluded hundreds, but it appears they just printed all of them regardless. The picture quality is so poor and hundreds of images so small, that many pictures are blurry and you cannot even tell which children are in the photo. I have no confidence that the company will be able to fix the product, or provide me with the *** drive they promised. I would like a refund.

      The business stated that they would forward my request for a refund to someone else about a week ago and since that time I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

      On March 28, 2022, I ordered a hard copy yearbook from ********************** for $69.00. My order number is *******. I understood that I would have an estimated shipping by July 30, 2022. I never received my hard copy yearbook and when I checked on the status online, it said pending. On August 8, 2022, I called the preschool and emailed the company. This is their reply:Hi ********,Thank you so much for reaching out!Due to a surprisingly large number of orders this year, our distributors are slightly behind in delivering books and links. We apologize for the delay, and you should receive an update in the next week. Here is the digital link from your order: http://media.kaymbu.com/yearbooks/download/*******-e33d8a8d58ec08c0cfbeb0538d6bd74f/leonidas_2022_digital_yearbook.zip Mark ********************** ******************************* Sent from Front I did not receive an update the following week. Therefore On September 6 and September 15, I emailed **** to see what the status is on my hard copy book. I have not received a reply. I would like to connect with the BBB, because I would like to receive my hard cover book and hope that I can receive it soon. The company doesn't have a number on their website just an email for questions on orders. Thank you for your help!

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I would like to company to respond. If they cannot fullfil my order that was from March of 2022, I would like a refund. I would like the yearbook because it holds important moments of my child, but if they cannot complete their job,  would like a refund. I would also like them to post on their website that they are behind. If you go to their website, it still says the same thing! The customer will receive it by July and they also provide an email address, but no one replies after a few months passed the shipping day. I feel this company is a SCAM and a fraud company that takes money from Preschool parents. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND IF THEY CANNOT COMPLETE THE **** THEY NEED TO BE HONEST. I will continue to connect with the BBB until this issue is finally resolved. Thank you for your help BBB.

      I placed two orders on 3/27/2021 for digital and hard copies of yearbooks for each of my children. I have received the digital copies but hard copies were not estimated to ship until 7/30/21. I followed up on 8/16/21 to check status of shipping. I didn't receive a reply until 8/19/21 that said most had gone out but they would check on the status of mine and follow up. I had to follow up again on 8/21/21. Received a response on 8/23/21 stating due to Covid the publisher had delays but it would ship in the next day or do. Still no package so I followed up again on 9/10/21 asking for status update and tracking information. No response, so followed up again on 9/15. Again still no response. I sent another follow up today (10/2) and filed a complaint on BBB.Order # ******* Placed on MARCH 27, 2021 Total Cost: $69.00 ************************************* Order # ******* Placed on MARCH 27, 2021 Total Cost: $69.00
