      I have deposited money into the SuperPedestrian app to be able to utilize their services in *******, ** without paying every ride. They incentivized this with bonuses. They, unknowingly to any customers in the area, took their business and there are no more scooters to rent. I have reached out several times to customer service for my money returned and no one ever replies. Please help me get the money in my balance back!!

      I loaded a prepaid amount to use on my scooter account. The business stopped operating in my city. I inquired about a refund and they said to expect it in 5-10 days from 1/23 and I never got it. I have sent 2 follow up emails since then and got no response. Im still waiting. I am entitled to a refund. Im not giving them money for free.

      I was trying to find a Link scooter the other day on their app but none were in the area. I thought maybe the app was down temporarily. That made me realize that I hadnt seen any Link scooters on the streets for at least a few weeks, and after a cursory internet search, I learned that Superpedestrian may have shut down their US operations at the end of 2023. This was news to me as I never received any notifications or emails from Superpedestrian about this matter.So why am I writing this? Its because I still have $110.57 in my Link wallet and now Im afraid its lost! Is there a way I can recoup that money? I tried emailing Superpedestrian support only for it to come back undeliverable. *** tried contacting them via instagram - no response. I tried calling the number listed on the previous page on this website - the number doesnt work. So now what?!

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. It appears that they shut down their email, phone, and have not responded via their social media account on instagram.

      On 10/27/2023 I rented a scooter. The rent was $2.83 and a hold was placed for $10 in addition. The $10 hold was not reimbursed within the 5 to 10 business days as stated by their service team.

      The date of the transaction was Sep. 20. The company does not provide prior notice that a $10 deposit is required in order to avoid a penalty fee at the end of the service. Customers receive one price at the beginning and then an inflated price after the scooter is returned. Superpedestrian should be required to give customers notice up front instead of hiding the fee post check out.

      This business outrageously overcharged me for a short scooter ride (between 5-8 mins). I was charges $43 when the total should have been less than $6. I have tirelessly contacted this business and the only resolve was to give me a $19 credit to their wallet and when I asked for the refund to be put back into my account, I jut keep getting a generic email stating that someone from their team will get back to me. Needlesstosay, no one has contacted me to rectify this matter. This is obviously a mistake on their part. I need ALL of my money refunded directly into my back account, No exceptions. This company should be ashamed of themselves for robbing their customers

      I paid for a ride. The app ket trying to charge me extra. I called customer service, a person named "****" answered. Told me he couldn't get me a refund and a supervisor was not available during business hours. At first he wouldn't give me a name, then he changed his name from what he said in the beginning. Fraudulent activity is going on here.
