They did an exceptional job. Took care of all our needs. Project was done in a timely manner. Left the home clean.

We had a walk in shower installed January 31, 2024. It was done in one day and they did a great job. However a short few weeks later the handheld shower head button broke. I was able to put it back together only to have it fall off again. I contacted the person noted correspondence from Jacuzzi about my issue on March 3rd. . I even sent a picture of the broken part. They said they would look into it and send someone out. I answered back that I didnt think someone needed to come out just for a handheld shower head, that they could just send me a new one, the person said they had to check with the production department who would get back to me. A woman from the *************** followed up the next day who said shed look into whether it could be fixed and if not theyd send a new one. After a week or so I had no response to I emailed again. I was told that they discovered that several customers have complained about the same issue. That they would order me a new Handheld and send it out. That was 3/21/24. Almost a month later still no new handheld and no updates. Although the work was well one, the follow up when there is an issue is not prompt at all. I just emailed again today April 18, 2024 for an update. I put the old handheld back on for now.. For the money I paid, I expected more prompt response. Very disappointing.

We had a great experience with Jacuzzi **** - we had two bathroom total remodels done in our home and they came out beautiful. The guys did a wonderful job - they were always on time, did the job correctly, cleaned up everyday, answered all questions and could not have done better job.Thank you!

The project was going to be a one day install sometime in March. On Feb 1, 2024 the workers showed up at 8:00 am without any notice or communication of the start of the shower install. It took 3 days to do the project. The workers were very hard to understand, speaking English would really be helpful when they are coming and going into many peoples homes.They had to rip out what that had done and make the foundation of the finish work to fit right, after I expressed a concern of the panel they had installed. The workers said they would take it down and make sure the wall was straight and plum. They did not do what they said they would.The ceiling panel above the original tub was to be replaced, they failed to do that until I asked if they had replaced it, they then ripped out the ceiling and replaced the ceiling board and reinstalled the white ceiling panel.The 3rd day another 2 workers came to install the door, they installed parts of it backwards.The shower door would not shut tight.The original 2 workers had said they would plum and straighten the wall where the shower head and water controls are, they did not. When the shower door was installed there is a huge difference from top to bottom.For the amount of money "$22500.00" the job should have been perfect. The fourth day **** (a very nice guy and understood my concerns) came to my home to look at the shower door, he confirmed that some parts were installed backwards.Never again, I do not recommend this company. Spend your money with a private contractor.I know why now why they make you sign all the paperwork before the work is done. They get their money and to heck with the customer.So frustrating.

Excellent hard working people put in a wonderful walk in shower. All who I delt with were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom shower or tub.

Jacuzzi Bath is to my satisfaction a very professional and knowledgeable group. ******** was friendly, considerate of my time and professional in keeping the project moving forward. On day of my installation, **** & an assistant arrived on time with friendly professional demeanors; they were outstanding workers and stayed focused until the job was finished within 5-1/2 hours! I am thrilled with everything! The shower is beautiful! Thanks Jacuzzi for a job well done.

Br prepared for endless calls from independent contractors. 90 phone calls in 3 days. After blocking them . Call from different numbers. Two weeks have past and still endless calls.

Please know when you offer your info online -There are MANY different contractors trying to reach you  - not only our company . This is a combination of different contactors .

Professional and proficient! Arrived shortly after 8am, courteous about hardwood floors and other furniture in the home, and worked thoroughly to finish the remodel in just one day. Makes living with my disability a little more manageable.
