      Business took deposit for two slabs of granite and came and installed half of the counter and have not been able to arrange for the remaining counter to be installed. After repeated attempts and many missed appointments I don't know what to do. I am a cancer patient and I have a total laryngectomy so speaking is very difficult for me. I have many texts I can provide to support. Thank you for any help you can provide.

      I contacted Jean stone and granite via messenger he came by priced the job I gave him half of the money and he said the countertop will be installed in one week he never showed up I called him texted him no answer after calling and texting him daily 10 times after 3 weeks he dropped a pice of countertop unfinished and unpolished I gave him some more money because he is a professional liar claiming that hes grinder broke and he would go buy one the next day and come back and finish it,long story short he never showed up again i am very disappointed hopefully this business shuts down and other people dont get scammed

      **** stone and counter top is a real scammer as I was promised to have my counter installed within 2 weeks when i gave him 50% and haven't heard back from him. He been doing this to many other peoples and we need to put an end for him . I will be taking him to court and open to collaborate with other victims. Please get in touch with me and hope better business bureau can help future customers from falling in this trap.

      On November 5, 2023 I contacted Jean Stone and Granite via ******** Messenger for a quote on granite counter tops. I had used them in 2022, in the same manner of communication, and had been successful.They quoted me $1700. He met me on my job site for a deposit of $850 on November 10, 2023. At that time he told me installation would be a few weeks. I requested the template to be made on 2 different occasions and he finally agreed to meet me on December 12th. At that point he told me a week to install. From that point on *****************, as well as his wife, who manages the ** messenger page, avoided, didn't respond to either texts or messages. When he finally contacted me on December 27th, he said he couldn't get my granite choice. At this point I had checked out some reviews online, only to see a complete turn around from my last year's experience with them. I picked another choice, he told me the following week install. At that point my tenant had already moved into the unit without countertops. He, and his wife, once again stopped responding to messages. I called another granite company on Friday, January 5, **** and they had counters installed by Wednesday, January 10th. I requested my deposit back on 2 occasions as well with no response. I can see that the message sent to both he and his wife had been "read" with no response. I will be filing a case in small claims court regarding this matter.

      ************************* services were requested for a counter top installation. He came to my house, did some measurements and asked for a 50% deposit with the promise of providing an invoice for documentation purposes and to do the work within 2 weeks. No, he did however go completely silent and I therefore believe I have been scammed. I have reached out countless times but with no response. More people have claimed the same happened to them. Him and his wife ******* are in on this. She goes by ******* also.

      I paid Jean Stone and Granite (***************** is the guy) $3350 as a 50% deposit for a quartz countertop on 10/13/2023. They promised to fabricate and install the countertop within 14 days of deposit. When I called them on the 14th day, they told me it would be delayed a week and that I would get my countertop the following week. A week goes by and I still didn't get my counter top. They told me that they don't have the stone that I picked and offered me a cheap alternative which they tried to push on me from the beginning. I asked them to refund the money since they didn't have the stone. Several days go by I called them for the refund, magically out of nowhere the stone I wanted appeared...Not to mention, I had to call 100 times before they would answer any of my calls. It became a full time job to track these people down. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Apparently, I am not the first person who they did this to; it seems like they have been doing this to other people as well. The other person Involved in this company is *******************************. I will be filing a formal complaint at the local police station. The company is registered under *******************************: **************************************************** ************************************************** also have bunch of different sites...

      Jean Stone and Granite who was supposed to install quartz for our countertops and backsplash in mid-May has kept us hanging without water connection for 3 weeks, since we paid him a bit more upfront and hasn't come back ever since to complete the work. As a result our countertops are unfinished and not secure since 5+ months now. He has our quartz slab we bought for the backsplash and keeps offering to come & complete the job but never shows up when he says he will and doesn't pick up his phones in the interim. We have given them multiple opportunities and even warned them that this would become a legal matter but seems like they could care less! We learned on the better bureau website that he has done this to other clients as well. We have wasted enough time and energy with him and really don't want to get into a painful legal process that could take months with no results. We need him to complete the job he has started asap and committed to on contract.Attached is the copy of the contract and the signed agreement that he was to complete the work by September 18th 2023 after several attempts, that also went disregarded. Very unprofessional to say the least.

      I paid the company $6250 on 1/22/23 and they have not come back to complete the job and need to replace some of what has already been installed. I have called and texted numerous times daily and get no response or returned calls. Every once in a while **** responds by texts and tells me he will come and they he doesnt show up. They made the kitchen island and backsplash to small and were supposed to come back and replace those and still have not. There is still an 8 ft wet bar, Backspalsh and shelf that had not been installed in addition to the replacing the kitchen island and backsplash. Also there are 2 more quartz shelves that were not installed. They have damaged my stainless steel refrigerator, a kitchen island leg and my new kitchen cabinets. I have all texts and photos of the work if needed. The contract states the stone would be installed within **** days of payment which was in January.
