      On 2/10/22, I made an online purchase of two pairs of shoes, size **** and 11, as proper size was unknown and they touted a hassle-free return policy for "trying" shoes. If only I could get that far. Their site indicated orders ship 2-3 days after received. At worst, that would be 2/13/22. The confirmation email from the order did not provide any tracking info, so after nearly two weeks, I had to contact them by phone for an order status update. After several attempts, I was finally able to get an answer, but I was unsure if I was calling the right number, as they did not identify themselves, only saying "hello". After confirming I had the right number, I indicated I wanted to know the status of my order, and provided my order number (#****). The woman on the other line stated that she would "request a tracking number and notify me with it." I asked if this would be by phone or email, and she stated she was not sure, but it would be by the end of the day and she confirmed my number from the what was on the original order. It has since been 3 days, and MANY calls are now going unanswered, regardless of messages left and no return calls. I have now been researching, and this seems to be aligned with nearly every other review I have read on numerous sites. The purchase amount was about $200 and I refuse to just give them my money with no service rendered. At a minimum I would like a refund, but I would prefer to get what I ordered and what they took my money for. My card has been charged and I do not feel they have any desire of fulfilling the order. I have seen that others go months playing this game with the business and never receive anything. I clearly should have done my homework beforehand, although that does not excuse them. This business should be shut down for fraud and held accountable for charging a card before the order ships.

      I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company on November 7th, 2021. I was trying to track the order with no luck. Called numerous times, no answer, finally a woman picked up said the shoes were backordered till December. I asked her to cancel the order. was never sent a cancelation number. Recently received a charge on my account for these shoes. Again have been calling, no answer, sent email, no answer. Order number *********

      I ordered a pair of Revere sandals on July 29, 2021 for $79.95 Order # *********. I never received them. I have to admit I forgot to check on the tracking when I first got notified and when I did check the tracking, it said that it was beyond the date to return and could not see any tracking details. I have called and left several messages - I would say at least 7 to 10 voice messages, and I have never received a return call. One time I did actually talk to a real person and she asked if I wanted a refund and I explained that I actually would like to receive the sandals. She said she would get back to me within an hour, however, I never got a call. Unfortunately, I did not get her name and now I wish I had asked for a refund. The last two times I left a message I said that I would report them to the BBB if I did not hear back from them - thus this complaint.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  As I wrote in my original complaint, I called numerous times and left a voicemail each time except one time, I did talk to a real person and she said  she would get back to me within an hour, which I believed, however, I never received a call...

      I purchased, online, a pair of sandals. The purchase was made on August 22, 2021. I have never received the product, but the company charged my **** at the time of purchase.I have repeatedly sent emails to the company. No response. I have attempted to contact them by phone, their phone number always goes to voicemail and have not received a response.I want to cancel my order and have my funds reinstated to my credit card.

      I have telephoned and emailed the business multiple times.  They charged my **** at date of purchase.
