Zero stars would be appropriate. The worst experience I have ever had when selling silver or gold. I sent an extensive set of sterling flatware--about 9 lbs.--and waited for an offer. After more than a week, I called and was told they'd sent an offer, but they sent it "again". They pointed out that dinner knives are not solid silver, which I knew. But even by their estimate, there was more than 7 lbs. of sterling silver. They offered me $775.00!!I strenuously objected and they sent me a "corrected" offer of $2,200, which was still far less than what they claim as a percentage of payout. Their online "calculator" valued the silver at more than $3,000.So I rejected their offer and waited for my silver to be returned. And waited. Finally, I contacted them AGAIN and, even though I had an email acknowledgement that I declined their offer, they had not sent it. I attempted to contact them several times by phone but calls were not returned.They finally said the silver was being returned. I got it today. Upon examination, it was clear that they had scraped several all-silver knives, I assume to ascertain the metal. THEY RETURNED DAMAGED SILVER TO ME.

I sent in my gramdmothers antique silverware set, ****, in the original wooden box, certificate of authenticity, and the booklet containing each flatware item. The company promises to keep your items safe and if you don't like their offer, they promise to return the items in the same condition they received them in. That is false! Anything sent to them is not safe nor will it be cared for. They threw away the certificate of authenticity, damaged the silverware with deep scratches, and damaged the wooden box's inside layering by pulling it apart. When I contacted them about the issue, they offered a Amazon gift card for $25 and said that's all they would do.

As a refinery, we purchase materials for their precious metal value. As your materials tested as silver plated (something we do not accept) we made a courtesy offer, based on the materials that we could refine out. When you declined that offer, we had returned the materials. This business will steals your items when you don't accept their cheap offer. Do not trust them nor send anything to them.

We do apologize that you are unsatisfied. We gave you a fair market offer based on the materials that we could accept. Once rejected we sent back all materials that were sent in to us, as our process outlines. We have sent you the footage of the evaluation as proof of all of the materials that were received and evaluated.

Joke. I sent them an almost 2karat diamond on a 24karat gold chain valued (by an independent appraiser) at over ****** dollars. They offered me 400. And that was after my 10 percent bonus for shipping it to them quickly. Lowball ripoff artists. Hopefully I can get my jewelry back without issue. Would never use again.

We do apologize that you were unhappy with our offer for your material, we cannot pay more for the material than it is worth at either the melt or the diamond market value. Thank you for using our service.
