His March 6th response is contrary to the contract language which clearly states that annual reports will be provided regardless of dollar sales:****************** was notified of his misinterpretation of the contract language in June-October 2022, but failed to respond.Requested Remedies to Resolve the Problem 1.Co-author, Matsuda, requests a report of total annual book sales from 2016-2022 with verifiable documentation from bookstores or companies like Amazon,  Elliot Bay Books, Longfellow Center, and others venues regarding the total sales of the book.2.If the sales are determined to have exceeded the $500 mark, then royalties should be provided to the authors according to the contract. Extenuation Circumstances Regarding This Complaint Boogie Woogie Crisscross sells for about $22 dollars a copy which means that if 23 copies were sold, the $500 threshold for royalties would have been reached. **************** reported to the authors that they sold 22 books. Nationally new books sell an average of 500 copies.
