I made an online purchase of a book for $28.70 including shipping, which was never even shipped to me. When weeks later I emailed to inquire if I could be refunded, the 'Publisher and Executive Editor', Marc V******, wrote back saying they could process the refund. I never received a follow up or refund, so I followed up again days later. Again he wrote back saying the refund would be delayed. A third time, I asked why it is so difficult to process a refund. I asked for them to please refund me or I would file a complaint. Instead of refunding me for a book that was never even shipped, Marc wrote: "Please feel free to file a complaint, *****. I would like that. Yours, Marc" All I would like is my money back. He has acknowledged the book was never sent. This fraudulent business should be investigated and shut down.
