I have an apple phone. When the screen cracked, I went to Cell Fix in ******. He never told me he wasnt using apple parts. When I picked the phone up I had trouble with the screen not responding. In addition, I got a message saying Apple parts were not used and the phone may have problems. When I went and asked him to take the screen off and refund my money because the phone was not working, he refused! I made an appointment to have the screen repaired at the Apple *****. I have replied last week regarding this complain. We do not use Apple screen, because we are not an Apple store and we give 2 months warranty on screen we replace but not a refunds. we do not have refunds policy.

September 14, 2023 I went to Cell Fix to have a glass cover placed on 2 Android phones. We needed replacements because the ones we had were splintered. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the covers. The man at Cell Fix put on the glass covers and I paid $42.00 with my credit card. When I got home, both my wife and I realized we could not maneuver from app to app, email etc. as easily. Previously, one tap worked but not it was taking numerous clicks to move from one area of the phone to the other. Even pressing very hard did not always work. We first went back to ******* who recommended Cell Fix, they said Cell Fix put on a glass cover that was too thick. Cell Fix says they told us it was not an exact fit - it was a more generic one however, they this is not true. We were not informed it was a generic. They would not issue a refund only merchandise which we did not need. This product is defective in that it does not allow easy maneuvering on the phone.Business response

Dear Sir/Madam,
A ******** came and purchased 2 glass protectors from our store for Galaxy phones, and we are not trying to cheat a valued ********, but we do not return nor refund used glass protectors because glass protectors are for one time use only. After installed, we can not reuse same glass protectors, we dispose of it. We state that there is no return or refund on glass protectors on signage/ Although it says no return or refund, we offered to give him store credit but the ******** threw the glass protectors inside the store and caused a scene, which is absolutely unacceptable. Attitude counts. I have also attached the store sign.Customer response

The staff person had a heavy accent. I asked him to repeat what he was saying several times. He was rude and dismmive. I am making sure my ******** and Instagram followers and my contacts at ******* know this store is not customer friendly.
Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

I had responded to resolve a complaint, agreeing to a store credit, but do not see information how in how to use the credit. Please advise.
