    I had my CRV towed to this shop on Thursday March 17th 2022. In addition to needing a wheel alignment, the check engine light, battery light and VSA light was on. I also needed the serpentine belt replaced. I was told the costs would be $1300.00, he (this one was named Joe) would throw in the diagnostic for free & the car would be ready for pick up on Friday, March 18th 2022. I was told I needed a new battery, a new water pump, serpentine belt, a radiator flush. He stated I needed to come to the shop and pay at least a deposit for the repairs, before the work would be started. I paid it in full. According to one of the employees at the shop, when the car arrived to the shop, they didn't start the car 'in fear of messing up the car further.' When the tow truck arrived to collect the car, the car started. Now my car won't start. The gentleman called Friday and told me the car wouldn't start, after repairs. He said he was going to to a partial breakdown to see what was wrong, but he thinks I blew my engine, even though the car started when it was being loaded onto the towed truck. If I had blown my engine, prior to them diagnosing the car, that would have & should been noticed immediately. So here's my issues, the car started when it was delivered to the shop. But the big guy behind the counter told me they never started the car. So how was the diagnostics performed? He stated 'You can tell what the car needed as soon as you opened the hood.' So a diagnostic wasn't done. They went with what they saw. That I must have blown my engine before the car came to the shop. If a diagnostic was done, then a blown engine should have been found immediately and I should have never been charged for the work recommended, as it didn't matter since he said I blew my engine. I'm requesting a refund of the work done. It was pointless to have fixed the suggested repairs, after making me pay for them and then tell me my car won't start, they think its a blown engine.

    I went to this company due to an emergency with one of my tires, after asking if they had a tire in the size that needed to be replaced, I was told that they did not have one. I observed that there was a set of tires on display and after asking the price I was told that they would be $350.00, I agreed due to the circumstances. After taking my car into their shop it would be four (4) hours later, and, after several inquiries as to what was taking so long to change four tires before the car was delivered to me, I went to inspect the tires to see if they were the one that I chose, upon closer inspection I noticed that all of the rims were damaged, I pointed this out to the person who delivered the car, he very rudely said that it was curb rash and to see the guy inside, I went in to the office to lodge my concerns and the manager escorted me outside and he too stated that it was curb rash and that there was considerable body damage (nothing could be further from the truth, the car has absolutely no boy manage). I have surmised that Used Tire MAXX switched the rims on my car. This is because I had the rims refinished less than 2 months ago. I want to have my original rims returned and installed onto my car !!!.

    In response to Mr. ********* claim that we switched rims and kept his rims is a total false accusation. The work done on Mr. ********* car was on December 29, 2023 and we have not heard from ******************** except now that he is making false accusations in stating that we stole his rims. Upon request I will attach Mr. ********* signed Work Order sheet and signed Invoice (after work completed) as well as his C.C. receipt with his signature. We are strongly disputing customers claim that we stole his rims. All transactions were authorized by ******************** and all work was done in good faith and with full authorization. ******************** saw the vehicle before signing the invoice (completed work) and paying in full with his signed credit card. Please feel free to contact me with anything else that I can provide or with any other concerns.
