These guys Put in a Fuel pump. Within an hour of driving home my engine light came on stating these was a massive EVAP leak.I bought the truck back several times and the charged me each time fixing the wrong thing. Finally after $1000 I spent for nothing and useless parts I took it to another repair shop who noted that the former shop had broken my Gas Filler hose while dropping my Gas tank during the Fuel Pump Repair.I went back to Micro to complain and asked for the money I paid the new station refunded.The Basically told me to go to **** I need something done as this is not only me dealing with this same type of issue with this companyBusiness response

im responding to your request,
it is not true,what is the customer saying.
he went to auto part and bought his own parts e Vap problem and he mentioned that has fuel smell very bad also have a antifreeze a leak.
we did diagnose the problem without a charge and found out the parts he bought was a wrong parts.
We did fix the the fuel smells and the antifreeze leak and replaced the right parts.
he said,did replaced the transmission somewhere else and they broke the fuel lines and the anitifreeze hoses.
and couple shops include my shop we had a bad experience with this customer
in the beginning,the manager refuse to do the job,but he said please I need it to be fixed I have to be somewhere very far.
after 3 or 4 weeks he come back ask for 100$refund.
anyway,we treat the people very fairly,and We believe in a customer service.

I am rejecting this response because:
These are the scammers who can't tell the truth. Look at my Reciebt. Where does it say anything about me bringing in my own parts. The charged me over $400 in parts and another $400 +in labor. Never fixed the problem! I want my money refunded or I am taking them to Small Claims Court! My engine light is still on to date!

I can't believe the BBB has closed the case with this outrageous lies that Micro Automotive wrote.
I submitted copies of their receipts showing I was charged for parts and labor!
It showsI paid for a diagnostic
This problem with the EVAP leak did not start until this company replaced my fuel pump!
I will be taking this company to small claims court now and seeking triple damages!
I AM DONE!
