Hi! we were approached by triple seat's salesperson *********************** back in August 2023. She talked about amazing this service was and how they were promising an immediate increase in our event sales by AT LEAST 30%, (and the reason why im using bold letters is because that's exactly what they do in their emails and on their website).This is aggressive marketing and it's not sustained by facts, as we unfortunately learnt a 3 months later, when, after spending more than $ *****, we had 0 and im comfirming 0 events. When I reached out to ask for explanation, they started blaming it on us, saying that their software is only meant to help with organization and streamlining processes, which is total bull*hit as their communication was completely different. I would say we are easily talking about false advertising, which is definitely something we'd love to pursue in a court of law if only we had the means. Instead, per usual, it's the small business that gets screwed (pardon my French) and is left even more in difficulty (***** is a lot for us).After we asked them to be at least reimbursed as they did not stand by their promise, they told us first over the phone (again their rep ******* of course let me talk to our boss, then no there's nothing we can do we won't give you back a dime and this is the last correspondence you'll get from us. We got immediately removed from the platform, they never answered our messages or call again and we lost our money!Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
