      How about the **** laser and have had to return it 4 times within one year. They will accept the exchange but you are left waiting for the product for weeks. I could enter the order number but there are literally 4 . For something that is $500 and advertised as daily (twice) use the malfunctions are ridiculous. Did they not do long term testing before product launch ???

      I purchased the **** precision laser, that is guaranteed to work for 1 year. So far, I have had to return five of the six lasers they have sent me, due to them being defective. Now the sixth replacement laser, that they sent me, is no longer functioning, and it's only been 5 weeks. It is my opinion, that **** is not ready for prime time. There is no excuse for me having to return the 6th replacement laser, in the hopes of getting the 7th one to work as advertised, for one year. Since they are not upholding their warrantee of a product that works for 1 year, I'm requesting my money back.

      On 8/11/23, I paid $571.44 for a Nira Pro laser. It supposedly has a 90-return policy. It arrived fairly quickly, I charged it and used it for about three days. On the fourth day. It zapped about 20 times then made a weird singsong tone, after which it stopped working. I turned it off and back on, got one or two zaps then the same singsong tone and no zap. I recharged it and had the same pattern. I tried calling **** but the phone either goes to a busy signal or I would get a leave a message and *********** your call. Left two messages, no return call. The customer service bot never comes on line, just leaves you waiting and waiting. I sent a message via email no reply. This company is a sham and has absolutely no customer service! I want a total refund, including original and return shipping/handling.

      Date of transaction 3/23/23 I received the product on 5/26/23 they were 7weeks out on orders per their automated messages.This was a home facial laser. They have a 90 money back guaranteed from date of delivery if not satisfied with results. I have been trying to contact customer service for a return authorization RA # as instructed on their website. There is never an answer when the phone number is called, only a voicemail. I received one response to my email last week that ask what my concern with the product was of which I replied to. No responses to further emails or calls. Order # *****. Price $433.84 Name on my PayPal order is ***********************

      I placed an order with this company on March 10 and have not heard a word since March 14. They have a number to call but you cant speak to anyone theres just a big long message. I want my order canceled and I cant reach anyone. This was not an inexpensive purchase it was almost $400.

      I paid for a Nira laser and serum through klarna in 4 payments . Klarna pays them in full for my order I pay jlarna in 4 payments . I never received my laser . They tried saying since ****** paused a payment they couldnt ship but ****** told me they payed them already the payment was paused from me to klarna . **** refuses to send product or my money . I ordered 2/13 the total paid is ******,, this place is a scam and thieves ! How are they still allowed to operate ?

      I ordered a laser and serum 2/27/2023. I have the credit card to prove $425 . I never received an order number and confirmation. On April 27/2023 I received serum . **** says that cant acknowledge my email. However I received an email from CEO ******************* 3/1/2023 apologizing for the ******************* doesnt answer their phone but rather texts back . I cant get anyone to speak to me

      Placed an order on 2/4/23. I was told it would be sipped in 5-7 weeks. I paid up front in full with credit it card at the time of order. Emailed on 4/3 asking to cancel and refund. They said it would arrive on 4/27 and they were going to extend my warranty to ********************************************** checked and nothing has been shipped. I emailed and they flat out lied telling me they couldnt refund because it had shipped. I checked the tracking info THEY provided and NOTHING has been shipped. I have repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded to my card and to cancel this order.

      SCAM of a company. Paid for a product four months ago and have been told on multiple occasions that my order would be shipped on "X" date, dates come and go with no updated or accountability.

      I purchase a laser machine + hialuronic acid bundle at $264.50 and after 20 days I had not yet received the items or any email about the items being shipped, so I had to contact customer service about it and it was after that that they sent it to me. After using it for 60 days I did not see any difference so I decided to send it back and get a refund ** they kept trying to make me keep it , finally after several emails back and forth and they extending the trial time I decided I did not wanted the machine or the serum. They even tried to send me another machine without asking them and I even received the confirmation email for the order of this second machine. When I sent the package back with the machine and the untouched serum it took them a couple of weeks to acknowledge the delivery because they were still confused about the second machine being sent ( I never ordered a second machine they did it by themselves) They advise me that they will deduct $8 from the original purchase for shipping expenses, which was $264.50 and they deducted $ ***** instead.
