    I have been paying for this car I took it 6 months ago and I had the car for a month and then the transmission got screwed So I had to take it back to the Dealer and they told me I didn't have coverage for that, well yes I did They said that I had coverage for that. So they told me to leave it there that they were going to order the part and they would come to me, they told me that the part comes from Europe and that it could take from 2 months to three months and the car is going to 6 months of being there you really spend So I only had the car for a month really So I want them to return my money or really do something soon really, I've been waiting for the car to return it to me because they always They tell me that at the end of the month they will be giving it to me in December. They told me that the piece was going to arrive and the truth is that this month passed the other month and the other month and the other month and they still tell me that the piece is on the way and it really is for me it sounds like a robbery and really. I don't want to be paying for something that I really don't have. I have been paying in the case for 5 months and I only had the car for a month and really, the transmission got screwed up quickly. So I want you to do something to see They told me that I could change the car and that I could arrive on a Saturday and I went and when I went they told me that I couldn't change the car for certain reasons. So I recommend that nobody buy a car here They told me that I could change the car for another after 5 months 6 months and really, I can't change it for certain reasons and really all this sounds like a robbery to me So I want them to return all the money I paid car and insurance also because I have been paying without having my car really all this sounds like a wolf to me In truth, all this sounds to me like they are just really scamming me so i want all my money back In truth, I already waited a long time and in truth, they

    ****,Your car does need a part that is covered by your warranty and has been on back order for a long time now. I agree with you. We willingly gave you a new Infiniti loaner car to drive while we waited for this part not knowing how long it would take. It was an open ended agreement. You would still be in this loaner if you did not have an accident in our loaner, driving the loaner you were not allowed to drive because you are under age. It was signed out under your father's/uncle's name but you chose to drive it anyways. We have been handling the insurance claim each day to try and get the insurance money to fix our car and dealing with the legal teams of your insurance and your fathers insurance to work out the financial responsibility. I am not making arrangements on any new car/trade in situation until that is satisfied. As of today, I have half the money, and I am awaiting the other half from your insurance company. If you work at it on your end, we can talk about taking you out of the car that is in for service and putting you into something else if you prefer not to wait anymore. It's an unfortunate situation, but we can work with you to make the outcome a positive one. Thank you,
