      Dec 5, 2022 Roofing discrepancy from contract to bill: ***** billed much higher than quoted price by $2660.50 compared to the original contract. Paid $15,000 for 1/2 house, porch, small pool house and driveway garden shed. The quote appears to be as if they removed rafters and wood rot which was not done. Only one plywood piece was done. Discrepancy in costs. More photos of the remainder of the home where no additional work was done.

      We received an email from this customer on the same day this complaint was filed with the BBB. We are in the process of reviewing the concerns of the customer and making an appointment for a site visit. We take all of our customers concerns seriously and will work with this customer to resolve the situation to the best of our ability.

      I did hear immediately from the business, but I was not able to meet with both the owner, Parker Willard and his Sales manager, regarding the work until today, Friday February, 17 at 1pm. TThey appropriately wanted to review it with a site visit in person. I had a lot of anxiety building up to our meeting.  The owner Parker Willard (who I met for the first time) made me feel immediately comfortable upon their punctual arrival.He had reviewed my concerns comparing the initial contract with the second contract and the work performed.  He agreed that the work done was aligned with the first contract.I did want a couple of details completed including closing a second floor dryer vent and correction of a eave gap done. .  Willard Roofing had replaced some fascia boards that were not in the original contract which I did offer to pay for up to $500 dollars. They felt that $300 was adequate.By the end of the meeting, I felt that they were very fair, communicative and had responded to my concerns. I am awaiting for a new invoice and they should be coming out next week to complete the small details.I do believe that Mr Parker Willard from Willard Roofing most fairly addressed my concerns, and made me feel comfortable in our discussion.Thank you.******* ******
