Hey papa ginos , if you offer a free pizza for my birthday and I order online and get real hungry and have it in my hand and the acting supervisor can't get the order finished on the computer then don't make pizza free for my birthday no more .I left that store utterly ****** because the supervisor said the button was greyed out . I have till January 31st to use it but I won't .I am so ****** off .papa ginos was my go to for pizza . I will make sure all my family knows what happened here . It's because I have a disability I bet .my wife did hers fine but why is mine the issue .it's because I have a learning disability and the acting supervisor thought she could pull a fast one and say she couldn't over ride it .Hey papa ginos I won't be back You lost a good customer .Review from James D

My problem is Papa ginos keeps pushing online ordering in order to get coupon discounts which is fine but the pay in store option should not be taken away from us. The thing that just upset me enough to right this review is the new fact that I can no longer order online without an account and to complete and submit my order I am forced to allow them to save my credit card number. It should be my choice weather to allow them to save it or not!!Review from Virginia N.

My food was delivered to a chair in the hallway down stairs from my apartment I didnt receive a phone call from the delivery person I called an hour and a half later to find out my food was left in the hallway I made several attempts to receive a refund after I was told by employees They would refund me only to be told a month later by a manger I would not receive one because the manager said my food was redelivered that day which In fact it wasnt I would never take a reorder after my food was placed on a chair in the down stairs hallway with no attempts to call me when I went to the restaurant I was spoken to rudely and also had the police called on me to be put off the property because I wanted a refund I can not get in touch with headquarters because they dont had a number listed to reach out to them I would like my refund in full
