Awful customer service i bought sectional couch. It does not fit in my living room. I talk to the sales representative ****** she was useless . I went in the store the following day to view the pictures with her, since she insisted on seeing the pictures. the owner was right behind her desk introduce himself and very rude and hostile stated it custom made couch they will not do a refund or take it back nor store credit. Furthermore if I attend to go to a lawyer the have the receipt where it was sign for. Mind you we spend over ***** on that hideous couch, their so call receipt doesnt even have written policy on it. I dont recommend Barbos to my worst enemy!!!Business response

******* Furniture and the salesperson who worked with this customer always strive to ensure excellent customer service. Not only did the salesperson spend a lot of time going over all the options, layouts, dimensions, fabrics, pricing and policies during the customers first time in the store, she then followed up with the customer with emails that included copies of the sales order and diagrams with dimensions of the sectional so that the customer would be able to confirm everything was correct and they could measure the space in their home, before actually making the purchase. When the customer was ready to make the purchase, they came in the store and the salesperson went over everything again. The customer agreed everything was correct and signed the sales order, sales receipt and the layout/design sheet. Our Sales Orders state in several places "this is a special order item not subject to cancellation" After the sectional was delivered the customer came into the store and was hostile and disrespectful to the salesperson, but the salesperson remained calm and professional. Upon seeing the pictures of the delivered couch, it was determined that the customer got exactly what they ordered and signed for.
