      Return/Refund Policy

       

      We understand that there are times that, for whatever reason, the item(s) you purchase is (are) "just not right," and you may want to make a return. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return, and we will make it as easy as possible for you.

      Merchandise Exchanges or Returns (excludes custom-finished goods) are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase with the original receipt.

      General Return/Refund Information

      • Merchandise Exchanges or Returns (excludes custom-finished goods) are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase with the original receipt.

       

      • Cash Refunds over $100.00 will be issued by a refund check from our corporate office. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

       

      • Check Refunds will be issued by a refund check from our corporate office only.  Due to the time required for banks to process checks, Mill Stores will issue a refund check within 14 days from receipt of a personal check.

       

      • Credit Card Refunds will be processed to the same card charged for the original purchase.

      Items purchased at MillStores.com or affiliated websites

      • Please visit millstores.com/returns for easy instructions and to obtain a return form.

      • Refunds are issued when items have been received.

       

      • Items can be returned to our store location in Dennisport, MA, for any reason.  Please include your receipt.

       

      • Customers can ship their product(s) back using the return label provided in the original shipment.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return non-defective merchandise.

      Custom-Built Furniture and Outdoor Structures

      • Because custom-built furniture and outdoor structures (including but not limited to sheds, playsets, pergolas, and pavilions) are specially constructed for you, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on custom-built goods and outdoor structures.

      Custom Finishing

      • Because each item is made specially for you, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on custom-finished goods as stated in your custom finishing agreement.

        30-Day Price Protection

        • We will gladly match any competitor’s price on identical merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.

         

        • If the item you purchased from Mill Stores is advertised at a lower price than what you originally paid, we will gladly issue a Mill Stores Gift Card in the amount of the difference within 30 days of the original purchase.
