The WORST customer service ever in my entire life!!! My body is still shaking from anger and feeling furious of how they treated me. They said that the Countertop for our kitchen island was going to be the same color as our kitchen counter ( confirmed at with the display at their showcase as well and I have email from her stating that we will get the same color). I understand that Granite stone would not look exactly the same, however, they didn’t even communicate that the color would be different. When I called, Amy, the staff person, told me that it was not going to be the same, for the FIRST TIME in our communication, while they were installing the granite top. When I called them again to clarify that they made a mistake, they started screaming and getting angry at me. They were so angry, and they told me that they would they those guys, who installed the island, back to our house and take the countertop and reimburse me $1,200. They kept hanging up on me every time I was trying to negotiate and ask them how they are going to solve the issue. They said that it is now MY responsibility to find another countertop. The workers came back and they were trying to take the countertop. While I was moving my car in the driveway to let those guys to take the countertop back to the business, all of a sudden they were gone. My back door was wide open and I kept calling the in-house kitchen design but they never picked up.When I drove there, Amy was there She kept yelling me, "we are not paying you back!"I was calmly requesting my money back. I had to visit the office because they kept hanging up the phone. Amy said, “ I am going to call the police,” and she did. After the police came, i explained what happened, the reason why I was there, lack of communication. I did not misbehave while I was there. I have a recording of this conversation on my phone, but the file is too big to share. Also, they charged me full price after they emailed me to pay just the deposit to start.
