My husband and I would like a refund since we were treated very poorly at this company and were told our card would not be charged. We canceled this class and the lady spitefully charged us that day without permission or authorization..we want a refund and we do not want them having anymore access to this card. Awful customer service ..

Flippin Out Gymnastics has been a member of BBB for 13 years and never had an issue or complaint and has a A+ rating. In regards to the ***, ******* accusations I have to say they are very much exaggerated. They registered for a 6 week session and did not pay prior to the session. They attended the first class on 2/19 and yesterday 2/27 asked to be withdrawn from our program. As stated in our rules and policies, they are charged after first class. We charged them the $19.00 for the class they participated on 2/19. We did send them a receipt stating that, which they attached to their complaint, which I have too. We also, emailed last night the contact information on file to go over all of this but as you can see it was made up contact information including a name, address and email. We then sent another email to the mother who was the one who sent this complaint. We had to cut communication off and would gladly like to end all communication and any relations with this couple as you can see from their social media posts, they were very hostile & threatened not only myself and staff but are talking about harassing our other 300 happy customers.

I want a refund and want my credit card off their system. I want am apology for very bad customer service as well as bad attitude. No one said they would harass their customers. We responded to this rude person in kind.she spitefully and maliciously charged me after I said I was going to cancel. Actually I'm the one who knocked her and cut off communication with her due to her going back and forth arguing with me and being rude trying to excuse her poor communication rather than making it better. Bottom line I'm not paying a dime and should have been a courtesy class as their gym was a s*** hole dirty and gross.

The charge was $19 for the 1 class they attended on 2/19. As stated in our Rules and Policies they will be charged for the session and only allowed a full refund after the 2nd class with a doctors note. After attempting to come to class on 2/26, when the gym was closed for February vacation, they asked to be withdrawn from the program. My office staff followed the regular protocol, which was to only charge their card for the 1 class attended, included that information on the receipt and emailed it to the family.
