It is disgusting that this place even calls themself a dealership. It is nothing but people trying to make a quick buck off unsuitable cars. A month into me buying my vehicle it kept dying. I contacted my sales rep to which he said he cannot replace the vehicle because it wasnt under the warranty from the dealership. A battery should not be completely eroded in 1 month of having a vehicle. Fast forward to other the weekend. Ive now had the vehicle for 3 months, Im driving on the highway and my tire B. Mind you this is the side that my 3 year old sons car seat is on. AAA came to switch the fire out for me and informed me that ALL 4 tires have complete dry rot on them and all need to be replaced before the same thing happens. ONE day later Im on my way home and my car starts smoking uncontrollably, then dies on me. I bring it to ****** and upon a full inspection my radiator burst, there was a leak in the radiator which they put stop leak in to stop and it ruined the hoses to the radiator. All the attachments to the radiator were CRUMBLING when the mechanic hardly even touched them. I have no oil or coolant (which I was told there was an oil change done right before I picked the vehicle up) how, 3 months later is there ZERO oil in the vehicle then? Not to mention the tie rod on the side that my son sits on in this vehicle is about to snap. Their took these people over a week to get the car to me after I bought it because it was getting inspected to make sure nothing was wrong well how were NONE of these problems noticed before delivering the car to me? Now I am stuck in a $10,000 loan for a vehicle that I cant even drive.. within THREE MONTHS of buying it. This place very clearly prays on young woman to make a quick buck. I would NEVER recommend this place for buying a vehicle.Business response

Before hands we feel very sorry about this issue our costumer is having. We do our best to pick good cars for our inventory and make sure our vehicles do not have any kind of issues at the time of selling them, however they are used cars and it is unpredictable to know if it is going to have any issues in the future. In this case we gave the costumer a month warranty and did not receive any complaint from her during that period.
This issue came up after 4 month of driving the vehicle. The costumer came to our shop claiming that we have to take care of this issue, I told her that even thought her warranty was gone 3 months ago we will fix her vehicle at no cost and asked her where the vehicle was in order to send a tow truck to pick it up, she refused to give me the vehicle location and to get my help because she wanted the repairs to be done at the ****** dealer. We are still open to help her but the repairs need to be done at our mechanic place.
