Had to get a temporary partial made. Didnt want to use my insurance for the temporary because then they wouldnt pay for the permanent one. Told them at the office I didnt want to use insurance and pay out of pocket. Paid $600 out of the out of pocket cost. They processed the insurance anyways. With in insurance I should have only paid $211.80. They were paid $600 cash by me and then what insurance paid them. I essentially paid them $389 over what they would have gotten had I used my insurance. And now I cant use insurance to get my permanent denture. So I need my $389 that they stole from me back. They essentially just said oh sorry about that and didnt seem to want to do anything about and keep saying I have to wait for the manager and Ive heard nothing from themBusiness response

We have reached out to the patient and left a message for her to contact our billing department manager back and I was told today we have not received a response from her.
