      Worse run dental office ever. You have to wait an hour to be seen and forget ortho Fridays, it is a circus!! Three years later *** is trying to bill me over $1,000 for claims that they received payment from my dental insurance for years ago. *** is also trying to rebill me for a filling that they did not do correctly. Filling fell out 4 hours after I got it done. I pointed out the sign posted on the wall that says they guarantee all fillings, crowns, dental work for 5 years and will redo for free. OR NOT!!! I also got a random call from the billing department asking how I wanted to pay again. When I responded that insurance already paid them and told them I would gladly bring them all the proof, man just said he would research and call back. No call back but in a couple of months, same issue comes up again and I get another random call with a promise to call back and no resolution.

      LUX Dental in ****** ** was amazing! State of the art facility coupled with ****************** expertise and skill made for one of the most spectacular experiences I have ever had at the dentist!

      My children attended this dentist and my daughter had orthodontia treatment. The dentist is there only once a week from what I am told. The real issue though is the billing and insurance structure. I have received random bills over the past two years with no clear indication of what it's for. You call and get the run around from seemingly helpful people, that in no way return the phone call or get back to you. ***** were sent on 'accident ' - who does this? Now they have billed my old insurance .. who knows maybe they billed both my current and old insurance. My Ex and I have gone back & forth since March 2022 and this issue is still not resolved. I am getting a bill from my old insurance. Highly suggest to take your time, sanity and hard-working dollar elsewhere. (side note- beware of a company that prioritizes photos of the owners vacations & with VIPs on the company website vs. the care of its patients- Take a look at their website)

      Lux Dental is running a horrible business and save yourself the trouble. My ******************************************** the middle of treatment with NO ONE no will continue her treatment because Dr. did not like how my husband confronted him about the way he talks to our daughter. Dr. ********** threatens to stop treatment and has no bedside manners whatsoever with children. I dont understand how someone with NO patience or care can work at a Childrens dentist office with CHILDREN. I am stuck in this mess with no resolution because he chooses to not treat her any longer. The other orthodontists at the same clinic say they cant continue her treatment because the orthodontist at this office dont have the same philosophy. What does this even mean? How can Masshealth approve a orthodontist then this same person, can choose to not continue treatment because they were called out about their aggressive communication skills towards children? I ****% dont recommend this clinic, especially if your children have dentist fears, like everyone else. Find someone who knows how to communicate effectively with children without diminishing them!

      Worst dentist ever. A joke. Constantly over booked, and (supposedly) nobody knows what is going on in the billing department. Attempting to communicate with them is impossible- you will only get voice-mail after voice mail.Not only was I given an incorrect **** in person, at the office, which they "corrected " on the spot, I recieved a BLANK "final notice" for a **** of over 600 dollars- over a year after the last time I went to Lux Dental. There is no claim number, no description of service, no date of service, not even patient identification. Just a blank FINAL NOTICE **** for over 600 dollars.I recieved the **** a week AFTER the final due date, which threatened to send the debt to collections. Now they are threatening my credit rating due to their incompetence?I recieved NO previous notice of billing issues, via phonecall, email, or mail. After getting an answering machine several times, I was finally able to contact someone in the billing department, who blamed someone "who is no longer working with them".Nobody in the billing department would give me a name or phone number to contact them. The billing department even went as far as to tell me they were "not allowed" to share my OWN billing information. I was told that a supervisor would "call me back" but I have not heard a word.If Lux Dental isn't committing insurance fraud, they are doing everything in their power to make it seem like they are.I couldn't imagine a more horribly unprofessional experience.
