      I order a parasite cleanse on March 3,2024. Order Number ***** and paid for prioortiy mail to receive it in 2 to 3 business days. It is now April 4, 2024 and I still don't have my item that I ordered. I reached out and did receive a message on March 24th stating: Hello *****,Thank you very much for bringing this to my attention. I would like to inform you that the Let's Be Vegan herb shop has been closed since last year, and my products are now exclusively available at www.herbalhealingco.com. If possible, could you please forward me your order confirmation email to help me investigate how you were able to place an order on the site since there should be no active shop links. I have already contacted the team at ****************** and they have assured me that they will ship your order on Monday, along with some additional complimentary items to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please keep an eye out for a new order confirmation and shipping email from them.Best,********* On the same date I replied stating: Thank you so much for getting back with me. I have attached a screenshot of my confirmation order. I sent her the picture of my receipt. On March 27th I reached out again saying Hello, do you know when I will be receiving my item? I know you said that my order will be shipped on Monday 3/25/24 and that I would get a notification letting me that it was actually shipped. I have not yet received that notification. It is about to be 3 weeks since I placed my order. Have a blessed day! On April 1, 2024 I reached out again saying Hello, it is April 1st and I still haven't received my order. This is my 3rd time reaching out to you. At this point I would just like to get a refund of my $70. It is now going to be a month in a few days since I placed my order. Can someone please reach out to me ASAP so that I can get my refund. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau this week about this company. This doesn't make any sense and I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying your product and trying to support your business. Order # ***** made on 3/11/24

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I FINALLY received my item but on 4/9/24 but they didn't send me the other items that they were suppose to send as well. They also stated that they would give me my refund but I have yet received that back as well. Here is the email that I sent on 4/9/24

      Okay! Three things, I just received my package today. One, where are the extra items that I was told that I was going to get for all my troubles dealing with all this mess? Two, why is the product I ordered $34.99 on the website and I paid $70? Three, so when am I going to get refunded the difference for this order? I'M SOOOOOOOO FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED WITH THIS WHOLE THING!!!

They should arrive to you this weekend. In regards to the price differences, if you check the Herbalhealingco.com website you will notice that we have the option to purchase each blend of tea separately for $34.99 each. Your package includes 2 bags. One parasite blend and one digestive blend. The total purchase would come to $69.98. On the Letsbevegan.com website the had to be purchased as a set for $60. You can verify these prices on each website. Additionally, we can confirm that your order from Letsbevegan.com was previously refunded, making your order free of charge.       It is now 4/16/24 AND NO REFUND HAS HIT MY ACCOUNT!!! MY CREDIT UNION ALWAYS REFUND MY MONEY IF NOT THE SAME DAY THEN WITHIN 24HRS. I WANT MY MONEY SO I CAN BE DONE WITH THIS ALL TOGETHER!!!

      I have spent about 72$ for a product and I have no information about my order. The business doesn't respond to my numerous emails and messages to the provided emails and social media. She took the money but doesn't seem to have the intention to send the product. The other complaints worry me and confirm my suspicion.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The business didn't contact me but only created a pre shipping label 10 days ago which shows that they haven't sent anything. I requested a refund since the beginning and I keep being ignored by the business. They haven't tried to contact me whatsoever and pretend they will send an item by creating a label only after they received the complaint from BBB

      I placed an order at letsbevegan.com for a parasite cleanse. My order number is *****. The total was $71.20. My credit card was charged. The initial email said that my order would be shipped in 5 days. It is April 28th, over a month later and I have received no communication about the status of my order. I have emailed ********************************* and ************************************ on April 7th to inquire about my order. I also submitted an inquiry on her website. No one has responded to me as if April 28th. I have not received any product. I would like a refund asap.

      I ordered a cleanse from Let's Be vegan on 3/1/23 and it was never received. I have sent numerous emails and they are unresponsive. I also reached out to them on instagram as well as the contact ** section on their website at www.letsbevegan.com. They said they would be sending shipping info and I never received.

      I placed a order on 01/16/22. For a parasite cleanse.I never received a expected date for shipping of my order. I let the owner of the company ***************************** know. Via email, only to receive a response letting me know I should email ordersatletsbevegan.com. Which made no sense considering shes the **** Furthermore this is the 2nd time Ive had a issue with receiving product ordered. I also received a email a week ago from *****************************. Informing me my product will be shipped and I will receive notification of shipping. Its been one week and I havent received notice of shipping. And also almost 1 month since I havent received my product. This is highly unprofessional. Id like a full refund of my order in the amount of $60.00. It does not take this long to get products. You out to be ashamed of yourself. I will never be doing business with this company again!

      I ordered a parasite cleanse from this business on 9/21/2021. It took two months to receive notification that a packing slip was created. However, the package was not sent to **** until 11/16. I requested that my credit card be credited for the inconveniences and poor service. *********, the owner agreed. About two months later, she provided me with a code to use on her website, which was not what she initially agreed to. Although I have no plans to reorder from the company, I tested the code. The code does not work. I followed with ********* advising her that i am not interested in purchasing items from her company again and requesting that I want a credit to my payment method. I have not heard from her and it's been a month. I try to support business that I culturally relate to, but this business has really made second guess my efforts.
