    BBB unable to locate business
    In Spring 2022, I was enticed to pre-pay for both the opening and closing of my pool by being offered a discount if paid up front for both. I took advantage of the discount offered, paid $600 and scheduled both the opening and closing of my pool. The scheduled opening date came and went. After much chasing, ***** responded that he had made a calendar mistake and that he would come open the pool which he did. Fast forward to September, and our scheduled closing date came and went. I attempted to contact *****, but e-mails bounced and calls were not returned. I texted and did get a response several days later saying that his website was down so e-mails weren't working but that he could come close the pool that afternoon. As I had been unable to reach him or get a response from him, and this was well past our scheduled closing date, I had already gotten another company to close and winterize the pool as I thought ***** was out of business. I have been texting with no response now for 6 months requesting a refund of the $300 I prepaid for the closing that was not completed.

    Purchased an inground pool 4 years ago and this was ******** experience I have ever had in my life! We didnt get the equipment that was listed on the contract, pool took months to do, phone calls and e-mails went unanswered, equipment didnt work and had to have someone from the manufacturer come and ************** from Gateway didnt know how. They were rude and absolutely no customer service. So many things went wrong I could write a book. Buyer beware, go someplace else. Oh, and they will only test your water if you buy your chemicals from them and the prices are inflated!
