It was great working with **** and his team at Inventioncity, what I like the most about Inventioncity is the honesty and integrity they have, most business will get you in and dont care about the process and leave in limbo, but not here. You only go one step at a time, and if need be youll continue just like I did, even though I got all the way to the last point of the process and didnt get a licensing deal, I was still pleased with what had taken place, disappointed yes I was, cause you always want to see your dreams come true but sometimes you have to get that honest truth through the process and mine ended I wish everyone well with whatever they decide to do at least at Inventioncity you will not waste your time there, they give good direction and clarity as to what you should be doing, trust their process it will save you a lot of head and heart aches.Review from Latoya S

Paid for the Brutally Honest Review and got what I needed to understand how to move forward. A no, is a no now, but who knows what can happen if I keep tinkering and evolving my idea. I'm actually glad they gave me the Brutally Honest Answer they did.What I got was a pretty in depth reason why they chose not to proceed with investing in my idea, and it made sense to me. I got enough information, and I'm happy to pay $95 for a NO that also includes steps I can take to get to a YES or simply find another route.They do a lot for the ******************* I'm super glad they're around. My name is ******* from ******. I had two inventions with patent pending status on both. The review that I had received from the Invention City on both was implacable, honest and it came in many layers. The answer from the Invention City to both of my inventions was "NO".My suggestion to any inventor is, no matter in what stage of the invention you are, for the purpose of receiving a professional consultation submit your project to Invention City. They are very thorough with their review process of an idea and give multiple resources for you to use as well as offering to help you if you don't want to go it alone. I have submitted my ideas for many Brutally Honest Reviews, and even though my ideas did not fit the company, each review came with links to products that helped me understand their decision. None of the links were exactly my pitch. Still, I appreciate and respect that they don't just look for "Does this exact idea exist" but rather a broader approach that includes marketability when similar products offer a similar solution. With my last review, I got a face-to-face and understood better what Invention City is all about and what they look for. My "no's" would not deter me from using Invention City in the future, and now that I have a better understanding of what it would take to get past the initial review, I feel I can do a lot more research on my end first. I truly appreciated their time and the valuation of my numerous invention ideas.Review from Tim Z

I was at a crossroads with my invention to either spend alot of the money I have saved for retirement on a ****** (if no licensing deal) or enjoy my invention living my life and spending my retirement happy. I found that the Invention City review helped clear some to most of my Inventor Fog in a constructive and non-demeaning way. It took a couple of days to get the review, but it should, and money well spent by me. We all think that our innovative new product may be the next new thing, and why wouldn't they offer me a deal and why am I not the 1% that they do make an offer to? Before those thoughts overwhelmed me or maybe they had, the review helped me move onto a different path with knowledge and not just foggy dreams.Invention City, Inc. Response

This inventor submitted her idea under our FREE submission program. Her invention idea did not fit our criteria for investment. I returned her call and explained that the idea was a "no" for us and that we do not offer explanations under the free program. She was upset and hung up the phone. Our introduction for the free review says this:"We will contact you if we are interested in learning more. If you do not hear from us within 5 business days, then the answer is no. Please do not follow up on your free submission. If you want feedback and a real conversation (and a chance to argue for your invention idea) you should sign up for a Brutally Honest Review."
