July 12th the owner of BK Appliances installed a new Main Compressor and value for my fridge. it work for less than 2 days, I paid ****** for this repair. He returned 2 additional time to recharge the compressor with gas and this didn't fix the issue. He then tells me that the evaporator needs to be replaced and he would order the part, I have approximately 30+ text messages back and forth where he continues to tell me that the part is still on back order? I told him that I was going to file a compliant back in Nov as I felt like I am being ignored, and he assured me that the part was soon coming in? I feel I have waited long enough and I am not getting any resolve with text and empty promises.I thank you in advance for your time and consideration with this on going problem.Business response

Oh, hi, just sending a message for ****** regarding his complaint. I was regarding the free speech need an additional part and as I explained to him in text message, but **** is on back order and we have no control about out for the factory, especially on the status of the year and the way things are going on. Otherwise, once you know the part in hand, we'll definitely take care of the fridge. Thank you.
