I ordered an arrangement from their website. An employee named Sara called me to let me know they didn't have all the flowers as pictured. I told her I trusted her judgment as a florist to create a beautiful arrangement. I purchased the Happy Thoughts Colorful Bouquet with a Cube Vase, Foliage: Variegated Pittosporum, Galax Leaves, Bicolored Yelloworange  Rose, Hot Pink Gerbera, Pink Tulips, Limegreen Novelty Button Poms, Pink Miniature Spray Roses, Orange Mini Carnations, Limegreen Fuji Mum, Lavender Waxflowers, Limegreen Tulle, Orange Polka Dotted Ribbon, *** Pink Satin Ribbon, Hot Pink Decorative Aluminum. What I received was a vase of wildflowers that could be picked in a field on the side of the road. This was an arrangement for our daughter's first day of work to make her smile and to have for a little time. The vase of flowers she received will last two days max.Buyer Beware

Hello and Good Afternoon.  Our owner here at Valleys Florist has brought to my attention that this arrangement you received made was subpar in your eyes. I am the designer who made this arrangement. I also am the one who made the phone call stating that I may not have all the flowers or the shades of these flowers that were pictured in the design on hand. As this is not one of our designs that we've made for our website. It was one placed there from our website provider. We usually do our best to catch these designs and get rid of them because we don't always have those types of flowers on hand. We would rather not mislead our valued customers by leaving them on the website. I see that you say the flowers I used were just plain old "wildflowers" that could be picked off the side of the road. I just wanted to bring to your attention that I used Hydrangea, Lilies, Gerber daisies, and Roses in your arrangement, which are all high-end flowers. Also, because I felt bad about our website miss leading you I myself put in an extra twenty dollars' worth of these high-end flowers to hopefully accommodate our short comings. We did try rectifying this issue when we reached out via phone call a few times. We also understand that your daughters first day of work is only a onetime thing and we are sorry that in your eyes we let you down. Please know that we would have gone above and beyond to try and make things right had you responded back to us. Again, I am truly sorry that this arrangement that was sent out was not to your standards. I just hope that next time a designer calls you to tell you they do not have said flowers on hand that you specifically make it known how you would like them to go about handling the arrangement. Everyone has a different taste in styles and colors. What I made and sent out was a beautiful arrangement in Mine and my coworkers' eyes.
