      This company is selling a product called FLAWLESS screen cleaner with no ingredients listed. Only says 100% Naturally derived ingredients and that tells the buyer nothing. I also mention the **** due to this product is either 100% naturally derived WATER for $20 OR has chemicals that might irritate or cause allergic reactions to ones skin allergies. Which is why I emailed the company and asked them what any of the ingredients were due to many allergies of the skin and they refused to disclose any of the ingredients with me. They sell this at popular stores like Amazon and ******** Not only do they disclose all the ingredients, they wont say where at in *** its actually made. The *******, ** address is only where they have offices for distribution. I dont want big companies to think that disclosing important information from their customers is doing good business.

      Due to the irrate nature and the length the customer has gone to harrass ** over our produc, we quickly realized that this customer has other motives. We have no obligation to provide our MSDS sheet the customer unless the product is hazardous, which it is not. There is plenty of other brands on the market to buy instead of ours, and makes absolutely no sense why the customer would go to this level against us unless they had other motives. We believe the customer is trying to source our manufacturing and ingredients as there is no other explaination to this absurd behavior. If you do not like our response, you can buy another brand. Thank you

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      To Direct Buys,

      I believe harass is a strong word, clearly you forget that your customers come first. I emailed you once in a civil manner asking a very easy question and you refused to answer my questions and treated me like the enemy. I do not want to steal your ingredients, I have extreme allergies to plants, scents, oils, and chemicals. I have already purchased this product and therefore did not see the need to buy another product. Every other company I have worked with has ALWAYS helped me with the main ingredients in their products, except you. I downloaded the **** sheet from online and its says nothing on it. Everything in the product is a secret. Is it oil based or water based? Does it have scented soap in it? Im severely allergic to essential oils, plants and soaps along with multiple other ingredients. I cant afford to have an allergic reaction. If you had helped me in the first place, I wouldnt have had to go through the BBB. The fact is, this company has been so rude to me. Who talks to their customers like this?? If you would listen to your customers, you might find it pays off better. I paid this company money and trusted that you had MY best interests in mind when you made the product but guess its all about the money here. 
      You can keep your product, I cant afford to use something in which I may be allergic to. To be honest I had forgotten all about this, but I made sure to show everyone I know how horrible this customer service has been. You must really hate your job. 

      I will be cancelling this dispute as they are too afraid to mention even the 1% and this is only making me upset.
