We rented one of the Cottages which was not clean smell of dog urine, Dirty Laundry left on the deck and trash in the barrel from the previous renter. Also looks like it's falling apart. Having said all that that wasn't the worst issue. There is a lady named ********** guess she is some kind of management of the association I never really got an explanation of who she was but she works with the Cottages but had nothing to do with the particular Cottage I stayed at as the negotiations were between the realtor and the owner. She went on to yell at me for things I had already agreed upon with the realtor which she knew nothing about and I explained and told me I couldn't stay for the complete time frame I had already rented and worked out with the realtor and the owner. She knew that I was a local renting and she didn't like that she actually stated we're not used to having locals rent from us. I asked her why am I being treated differently and that was her response. Imagine telling a renter that you have nothing to do with that they can't stay for the time that they rented already and that they would have to leave early.? I was already stressed out and this lady attacks me right after I get out of work and tells me I have to leave early but has no knowledge of the agreed rental between me and the realtor as she had nothing to do with renting this particular Cottage. She discriminated against me because she knew I was a local as she stated. A very nasty lady who pretended to be nice but was like watching over me and made me very uncomfortable while I was renting the cottage. Again the only difference was she knew I was a local single man single father and my son visiting, 13 years old. Because I wasn't a tourist she was treating me like I was a crackhead or something, I don't even drink or smoke. I did nothing wrong there and everything was fine and somehow she thought she was the boss and walks around like a cowboy. She's an incredibly discriminating lady and nasty.
