On April 21, 2022, I sent a wire transfer to *************************, owner of The Productive Business Development Coach, payment in the amount of $9899.99 for the following services: Buildout of Database and Website $9700, Business Development Consulting $0.00, and *********** $199.99. To date I have not received the Database or Website. Some Business Development Consulting was provided at no charge as listed on the invoice, and I did receive the ***********. I was made aware that ******* outsourced a developer for the buildout of the database and website. Per my notes, ******* said the developer's name was *****. I was repeatedly told I would be connected directly to ***** but as of the date of this complaint, I have yet to receive any information to contact *****, nor have I received the database or website. I have repeatedly requested ******* contact information; name, phone, email address. I have documented text messages and Zoom recordings making these promises over the past five months. I had a standing weekly meeting with ******* on Thursdays where I was consistently requesting updates on the status of the buildout and again requesting contact information for *****. In July, ******* began missing meetings with little or no communication that she would not be there. Contact to ******* was made expressing the concerns of not receiving the database or contact information for ***** along with multiple meetings being missed resulting in my request of a refund in the amount of $9700. On September 13, 2022, ******* sent me a text message stating the developer would be directly reaching out to me which did not happen. In a phone conversation on September 15, 2022, ******* informed me that the developer no longer wished to continue the buildout of the database and website where I again told **************** either needed a database and website delivered or a refund. I can provide documented text messages, zoom recordings, and a copy of the invoice to validate this complaint.Customer response
