Hello, this complaint is about F&J ductless in ********** **. They did a job at my house replacing the heating system that was made through mass save program, and we replaced the whole heating system of the house for both apartments. The service was done by end of November beggining of December 2022. Ive Paid them as soon as the machines were installed and we dont own anything else to them. Because they said in order to start the process through mass save we had to pay them in full to get the rebate. (Which I havent received any yet :(So when they installed the system they left some things missing outside of our house, which we tried to contact all this time to fix because they removed the gutters and didnt put it back, and also some covers for the pipes also were missing outside of the house and didnt cover it. My husband even offered to do this if he left the material at the house ( this never happened) so now on the first floor we have an issue with the equipment they did went to the house to check and said that needs to be replaced, its been over a month now no system working at the house at all. Which is a heater and cooling machine we need this to be fixed as soon as possible. I have been receiving complaints from my tenant which is pregnant and is having a baby end of June. We need to hear from them because theyre just ignoring our calls and messages to get this fixed. Its been over a month and nobody shows up to fix it . Im sure its still under warranty, its been 6 months now they said they need to replace it but costs $2500 he didnt mention we had to pay this ( not sure if he wants us to pay) which is why I think hes just ignoring our calls. So we need to have this issues fixed specially now in the summer time with a newborn arriving this end of June. Thank you
