We are extremely disappointed with ********************************************* We were on weekly lawn service. We also contracted them for a full for a cleanup that included weeding, edging, pruning and general yard waste removal. As of this review, they have yet to come back out or provide a proper refund. They claim that ********* grew within the four weeks since they claim they trimmed them.Customer response

Hello *****,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any confusion regarding the type of spring clean-up job that was performed. We understand the importance of accurately reflecting the services provided in our estimates and invoices. You had approved a Spring Clean Up, not a Fall Clean Up.
We also acknowledge that our crew made additional visits to address any/all concerns and perform necessary touch-*** numerous times. While we strive to deliver exceptional service, we understand that there may have been some miscommunication. You called at the end of June requesting ALM picks up leaf's,sticks and brush. *** sent the crew back, even though that's a Fall Clean Up and was told to stop by the client over the phone. *** was willing to again come back out and address any concerns a week ago. ALM has numerous days and photos we came out to service said property. *** also made 2 dump runs to dispose of yard waste, plus cost of labor each time and ALM is still willing to stand by its work. Client was billed for 2.5hours when in fact *** spent more time in cost/labor and never billed for the client for such. Client visits said property months later and is now requesting a full refund as if *** has done no work and is acting in bad faith.
Regarding the shrub trimming request after completion, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding your expectations after the fact. We did trim on our first visit, one that was first off the list.
We always aim to meet our clients' needs and will make every effort to address any outstanding concerns promptly as we always do. *** responds to every text, call, and email. We are happy to resolve this as asap. ALM values this client as a good customer, have done work in the past, and is always there when needed. Please contact our office as soon as possible.

Our spring clean *** are done hourly. Each clients yard has different factors that come into taking account for time. We've seen anywhere from 1hr on small lots, to 3-4hrs on big lots.Please take into account the time it takes to prune or trim if your property has a lot of ****** and or bushes. We will service all that are under 5 feet tall. Anything over that will need to be sent a pruning estimate. Please contact the office with any questions. Thank you
Spring Clean Up consist of:
- Cleaning Up all Leaf's
- Trimming of ****** - Under 5 feet
- De-Weeding Mulch/Garden Beds
- Lawn Cut
- Edging of Beds and Lawn
- Includes one trailer dump
( If Needed! Will dispose of and dump all yard waste offsite. )

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.
The contracted spring clean up took place on June 15th, I spoke to ALM on the 15th confirming the work was done. They stated "The guys took some leave with them today I need to have a dump trailer there so we will be doing that tomorrow" (please see attached text message). *** failed to return to finish any work they claim they have started. Attached are text messages from our exchange on that day. Our tenants who were on property that day also confirmed the minimal amount of work that was completed. I have attached photos' from July 5th When I returned to this site and continue to our text message exchange. Per the agreement / invoice the following services should have been completed:
Line Item 1 Spring Cleaning - incomplete Photo proof has been provided to ALM
Line Item 2 Mulch Bed De-weeding - Not Completed Photo proof has been provided to ALM
Line Item 3 Edging Lawn - Not Completed Photo proof has been provided to ALM
Line Item 4 Pruning - Not Completed. Photo proof has been provided to ALM
Line Item 5 Yard Waste Fee - incomplete Photo proof has been provided to ALM
We followed up on July 10th and July 13th via text to confirm a follow up visit would be completed. We have not heard back from this business since July 7th.
