I paid them to create a website for my small business and to market my business. Under the terms of the contract, if I made at least 12 payments to them, I would own the website and would keep it. I made 13 payments to them and then canceled their services as they were not getting me the results that they had originally promised me. Since I had made the 13 payments to them, I was entitled to therefore keep the website. They took down my website and deleted the files. Hostgator was unable to find the files and restore the website. I had to have someone put up an old version of my website for me. I contacted Plum Direct Marketing about this and they would not make good on their contractual promise. They also go by the name of Olly OllyBusiness response

Upon stopping our service, your site files were provided to you so that your hosting provider could reconstruct the same website you had with Olly Olly. We are unable to issue you a refund as requested.

FAQThey did not provide the website files until after I filed my complaint with the BBB. When I contacted them and asked for the files, they ignored me. I had to have someone put up my old website and fix it. They should not have taken down my website in the first place, Hostgator was hosting my website. They need to refund me for at least the money that I had paid them, which was $5,187. Since they took my website down without even telling me, I had no functional website for several months losing business which is hard to determine the amount of loss
