This company is using every competitors name in their own advertisement on ****** to confuse customers looking for any other company to click their link firstBusiness response

Hi *******.
I apologize that you feel we are attempting to be "deceptive" regarding our ****** advertising. This is actually a ****** thing...not a Mosquito Mike thing. We started doing "smart" campaigns with ******...and since we would like people who are considering using a mosquito service to consider us as an alternative...we ask ****** to show us to people searching competitor names. Unfortunately, ****** has been putting the competitor names in our ads...which I don't appreciate and agree could be misconstrued. Hopefully not everyone feels as strongly as you do on the matter...as we have little control if we want to continue advertising with ******. Hopefully, this explains the matter to your satisfaction. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to reach me on my personal cell ************. Best wishes. ****

Account #I2450646 We had the company come out for a one-time application on 7/21 that they called "event" that was $149 and the mosquito application lasted almost a month, which we thought was great. Wanted to try the regular application that is biweekly because it's getting close to fall and wouldn't need as much and they came on 8/24. Nothing in it said you were authorizing them to automatically come out every 2 weeks without any notice or asking, which they scheduled an appt for them to come out on 9/8. When I called to say I didn't need an application yet, they said that's what I had signed up for and then charged by **** the difference.Business response

Hi ******* I apologize that you did not understand that "bi weekly applications" meant every 2 weeks. Your first purchase was for a single application...also known as an "event spray". When you made your second purchase, you signed up for our regularly scheduled applications (hence the "bi weekly"). You received a lower price point with the biweekly application due to signing up for regularly scheduled service. When you decided you only wanted another single application...which you had previously paid $149...you were contacted and given the opportunity to keep the lower price by staying on the regular schedule...or paying the difference for the single application. This is much like paying for 1 soda at a convenience store vs buying a case. It is always more expensive per unit to purchase just 1 vs many. Once again, I apologize that this distinction was not made more clear by the single "event spray' and "bi weekly" designation on our website and we will be reviewing our categories to ensure they are as clear as possible going forward. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach us at ************.
