Js home improvement aka James soares ******************************************************** came to my home gave me a contract on Nov 23, 2021 job unfinished pictures attached. His Painters came to paint and were very messy throughout the house. They damaged property in which he paid for. The wall we complained about was worse than before the damage. He returned and respackled in December and my house was left like this on Christmas and New Years he finally called in january to replace broken property and stopped by to drop off. Never mentioned the mess and unspackled he left. I called to ask when he will finish the job and he stated he didnt have to come to complete the job and I informed him we have a signed contract and the job is still yet to be completed. He has not returned or a phone call when he will finish it.Business response

Good morning complaint ID number is ********. My name is James Source from JS Home Improvement. I'm responding to the complaint from *****************************. I did reach out to her about finishing the job as she requested when I explained to her that we're on the contract when I come and finish and I need my balance she said to me what balance I said the balance of $1900 and she told me to forget about it that her husband would finish it just so she won't have to pay my balance for work that would only cost $200 the $300 to finish. I also did other job other work there that I bought and they're not charged for and also if you tried to blame complained about some paint on moldings and walls that we did not do her husband did and your husband can test to it and that's all I have I guess that so she's just going to finish the job herself and I'm fine with her keeping the balance because I really dont want to go there anymore.

If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.] I dont accept *** from day one talked about other business how bad they are and hes the best so I prfessional and talks how hes not here to take out money. We did not talk about moldings on window we talked about her crappy his Omerad were and how he left all spacer on wall being upset and told us keep the money he be back never showed up. I dont want him back in our house. He said **** now in this email say the job is 2/300 dollars which one is it. Smh. I will not refer him to anyone and far as Im concerned this can stay on record.!i dont go out of my way to put us through this if not true ona contractor unprofessionalism and horrible job.
