            I hired Galasso Landscaping last fall for a variety of Landscaping needs. One of the items was to plant 2 plants and lilys, but because it was late in the season the company said they would come back in the spring to finish the job and that *************** in ******** was the first on the list . In good faith I paid the total invoice and sent a check in December 2023. Spring came and I reached out a couple of times to get the plantings. Galasso came on May 23 and only planted 2 plants and not the lilys. I have reached out to Galasso a couple of times with a resolution only to be ignored. I thought I was being generous by offering to only get reimbursed for one lily at 75.00 dollars but now I am demanding to get reimbursed for 2 lily's at 150.00 dollars.

            Galasso Landscaping does not follow safety laws and cares nothing for neighboring properties. They were installing a fence on my neighbor's property, when they cut the cable/internet line on my property. (Even though we warned them there were wires where they were digging.) They took it upon themselves to fix the line themselves, then poured cement over it, also on my property. Without asking permission. When the cable company came to fix the line correctly, we discovered this. I called the owner about this and he was dismissive and rude saying he had the right to do what he did. In addition, they did not contact Dig Safe for this project, even though they were digging next to a junction box with electrical/cable. He told me they didn't have to call Dig Safe for this type of project, but the Dig Safe website states otherwise.

            Thank you for the feedback, we always strive to provide the best service. We were performing work based on a quote given to our customer. They told us where the property lines are and what exists on their property. We are always happy to discuss with anyone that would like to but we will never tolerate speaking to someone that is rude and using profanities despite being asked to please not use that language repeatedly.
