  I bought an item off of ******** marketplace that was being sold by this business. I paid for the item and the shipping of the item and never received. The item contacted them back and many months later, finally got an answer from somebody who said that the woman who sold it wasnt supposed to offer shipping, even though I offered to pay for shipping and the woman give me a total price and I paid for it which I have receipts for and I have all the correspondence and emails. Finally many months later another woman contacted me and said that the woman who did it was only a volunteer and she gave me a big run around and then she said she was going to send me the item that I paid for and asked for my address and I gave it to her and I waited approximately a month and never received it and texted her back again and she told me that she was just going to send me a check for $15 And I havent received that yet either Ive been corresponding with these people since last October is when I bought it and I think I had been pretty patient because when I bought it, the woman told me that she wasnt sure when it would be shipped out because everything was done on a voluntary basis and I told her I was fine with waiting for it Now I have absolutely nothing. I've had various messages with two different people now and paid for the item paid for the shipping of the item, never received the item and had another woman. Tell me she was going to send me the item never sent me the item waited a while corresponded again and she told me shes gonna send me a check for $15 and never sent me anything . All I want is the item that I paid for I paid for it and shipped it have all the correspondence with the woman when she posted it just want the item that I paid for and I know that they have it they just didnt wanna ship it and the other woman offered shipping so I believe I have the right to have the item

  Last year we were approached by someone wanting to volunteer and get involved with our little rescue, saying she has been involved with non-profits in the past, advising she recognized a fundraising opportunity, and was willing to sell donated items of ours on ******** Marketplace, and she would donate the profits she received to Fitchburg Friends of Felines.  We gave her items for her to sell.  Unfortunately, we never saw any of the cash she said she raised with her Marketplace sales, and people who bought items from her did not seem to receive them.  This claim seems to be one of them.  We have refunded the claim amount noted via check that was mailed to the address listed in the claim.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  This is the response I got originally from the woman who corresponded with me most recently who clear as day said she had the items and would ship it to me This is obviously the lady in charge 

  the letter/ card came today stating different she is obviously a liar I waited as she stated for her to send me the item she clearly stated she had her main issue then was shipping it as the other woman had no issue with

  We have reviewed the rebuttal submitted by the complaintant, who confirmed she received our card and refund.  She also attached the correspondence in her rebuttal that she did not respond to us in January regarding this issue, and 4 months later reached out again, where we again lost touch.

  Since we have given back her $15 donation, we are unsure what else is expected of us.

  We are not a retail store; we are a rescue organization.  We do not sell products.  It is unfortunate that this incident occurred, and we have followed up to the best of our ability to resolve her issue. We recommend looking on retail sites to purchase this dog toy.
