On March 4, 2022 I got my hair done at iLashedOut Salon, by *******************************. Upon going in, my hair was very healthy and one length. She dyed my hair and I paid her 145$ through Cashapp. I was not happy with my hair so I did not go back. When I went to get a consultation for my hair 3 months later by another PROFESSIONAL hairdresser, she had told me that the damage to my hair from my previous bleach job was so bad that it actually burnt a whole layer into the middle of my hair. ******* burnt my hair so bad to the point it actually fell out. I have pictures of my hair before going to see her and pictures of my hair AFTER going to see her, to prove it was damaged and broken and fried at HER hands. When I messaged her letting her know I was very upset with her burning my hair and asked for a refund, she first tried to completely ignore my messages. I messaged again. She then responded telling me she REFUSES to refund me or do absolutely anything to amend the problem. She then threatened me and said to message her on her personal account if I wanted to be a big girl because I am an UPSET CUSTOMER. I then took matters into my own hands seemings how I got no resolution from her, and posted on my ******** to forewarn other women what happened to my hair, I simply posted pictures of my hair and how burnt it is. Her whole entire family then began harassing me, messaging me and commenting on the post trying to fight me, threatening me and my friends and family. I have messages from many different people she associates with (especially her sisters) saying they are going to FIND MY ADDRESS and beat me up. I have multiple people threatening my family and my safety. They have now been posting my familys old addresses on ******** as well. They have made a fake ******** page of me and are acting like me. This is WRONG! This is NOT how ANY business, especially professional business owner SHOULD HANDLE AN UPSET CLIENT, with intimidation so I cannot speak up or defend myself!
