I purchased a vehicle and we paid him to go to the registry for us in which four months went by and we never got a registration from him then when asked he said he made a mistake on the title and had to send it back to the auction to get a new one and stated he never got it so there was no way of getting a registration for the vehicleCustomer response

BBB spoke to the consumer, she confirmed that she purchased a vehicle from the business on 06/23/23, and the vehicle she purchased was a 2010 Honda CRV. She is seeking for the business to purchase the vehicle back, since he has been unable to obtain a clean title for the vehicle. The total amount of the refund requested is $10,927.00, which includes the amount she provided for the vehicle registration, that could not be completed. A refund has been promised by the business owner, however he has not followed through.Business response

BBB spoke directly with the business and they advised that they were in touch with the consumer today and that they are going to be taking the car back and refunding the consumer. He is not sure what day he will have the money, but it will definitely be by Friday of this week. He will reach out to the consumer once he has the money available so that they can facilitate the resolution.
