I became a subscriber to Coop Power in 2019 to receive discounted electricity. From Sept. 2021-March 202, I did not receive any electric bills from Coop Power. I repeatedly called and emailed Coop Power asking to speak with their customer service representative and received no response. After 7 months with no response from Coop Power, on March 10, 2022 I hand delivered a letter to an office worker at the Coop Power office on ***********., ******** cancelling my account with Coop Power. At that point I received a phone message from Coop Power acknowleging receipt of the cancellation letter. I have repeatedly requested a final statement of my account and a summary of unpaid bills from Sept 2021-March 2022. On March 6, 2023 (a year after I delivered the letter cancelling my account), I received an email from Coop Power stating they would provide an accurate summary of back bills; there was no acknowlegement of my letter cancelling the account with Coop Power. To date I have not received a follow up email or letter with the information I requested or acknowlegement the my account with Coop Power was cancelled in March 2022.I spoke with the solar department at ****************** on 7/9/23 and they informed me I am receiving solar credits from an unnamed solar farm which must be Coop Power; which means they have not yet cancelled my account with Coop Power. Based on Coop Power's breach of contract (no billing and no customer support for over seven months), I am requesting a summary of any unpaid electric bills from Sept. 2021-March 2022 and a written letter acknowleging the cancellation of my account with Coop Power.Business response

We have discussed **************************** concerns and believe we have a resolution described in the attached letter. He is having his legal counsel review the letter and we're prepared to modify it to his satisfaction.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I am satisfied with the solution offered by Co-op Power and withdraw my complaint.
