Purchase spring 2020. Im not going to beat around the ****. I probably use the toilet ?? for #2 on the average of twice a day and I have been known to sit for an hour or more regularly. In order to be comfortable I purchased this 20in toilet. Hands down its the most comfortable toilet seat I have ever sat on, no question about it. Its as though Im sitting in a chair, not squatting!Now the bad. The working parts inside of the tank are flimsy and cheaply made. From day one it did not work properly. Called the manufacturer in the northeast and they assisted me in trying to prevent the water from constantly flowing into the tank right over the phone. Their customer service was pretty good but I still had issues with flushing in both directions (liquid flush or solids flush). It got to the point where we just flushed on one setting since there was ALWAYS an issue with the handle.I was constantly making adjustments inside the tank!Last night the flushing mechanism inside the toilet broke for good and the toilet would not flush at all. Today ( about 2 1/2 years later) we had a plumber replace the cheap dual flushing system (yes cheap) with an old school single flushing system.Moral of the story.. toilet exterior is wonderful. But parts inside the tank are TRASH.Manufacturers constantly find ways to increase the price point of things that worked well in the past. I would rather have a toilet that expels more water, cleans the bowl out and works repeatedly than one that expels less water per flush, doesnt clean the bowl out and CONSISTENTLY has flushing issues. This toilet can be flushed (by just me) 7-8 times a day so I want one that works!!!

As our customers were discussing the older flush systems and levers we produced, I felt we can do better. And I will humbly say, we did.The technical functionality of the handle is the same as our previous dual-flush handles, however the feeling is very different. Let me explain how.*Style, Look and Ergonomic Design*First of all, the size of the handle. As of the year 2020 there is no other Dual-Flush lever of such ergonomic design and the most importantly of this size. There are good examples for single flush system handle (flapper and chain), but there is absolutely nothing like this produced for dual-flush systems. The Convenient Height brand new flush lever is the only one of its kind on the Planet. The 2 inch long lever with an 1.5 inch diameter motion circle equals to 3.5 inch total length thats industrys longest and largest, but designed to Not look bulky.*Principle of Least Effort*Secondly, lets take a look whats inside of the tank. And we start with our actuator. The new generation actuator was made to create the Cadillac-like ride for the flush action. Once handle is pressed by you, it transforms your hand motion energy onto the actuator which then initiates the flush valve to perform.And here the technology was truly improved. Because the handle itself is so much longer it naturally requires a lot less effort to press it (or lift it since it is dual action flush system). And here is where the principal of least effort begins: onward to the actuator which takes your hand motion energy and sends it to the flush valve with the extreme efficiency. Additionally, the actuator is made to last. It connects to the handle via highly durable connection and stays rigid.
