      They are also "*********************." I made an appointment to have a recall notice on my G70 addressed, showed up on time, and specifically asked if they could take care of the recall issue. I was assured that they could. It was over an hour and a half later when they finally bothered to inform me that they did not have the part necessary to address the recall issue. Strongly suggest you avoid their service department.

      Doing business with MetroWest Hyundai was AWFUL. As a young woman buying a car for the first time, I was looking for a dealership that would make the process easy and seamless. About a week ago, I came here to purchase a vehicle. Everything seemed great and I went through with the purchase. Upon agreeing to buy the vehicle, our salesman ********, asked if we wanted to leave the store to take a break/food while he and his team prepared the paperwork for finance. We agreed and returned later that day. Upon returning, we were made to wait OVER AN HOUR ON A THURSDAY in the waiting room to finally be able to meet with ******, the finance manager. When we did meet with her, she was rude and seemed very irritated with my asking of questions (even though it was my first time buying a vehicle). About a week after the purchase, I noticed my vehicle hadnt been registered, something I had paid for the dealership to do for me. When asked why it wasnt registered, it turns out the dealership had sold me a pre owned vehicle of which they DID NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR (an illegal practice). This caused two days worth of stress where the dealership, specifically ********, ***, and **** gave me attitude numerous times and almost left me with no vehicle to drive given it was past the grace ****** to register a car while attempting to track down the previous owner of the vehicle. On one ********************** told me we are not going to drop everything we are doing to fix your problem, even though it was a problem they had caused! They were extremely rude, dodged my calls numerous times, and lied. Horrible experience as a first time buyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - ONCE YOU HAND OVER A CHECK THEY WILL S**** YOU OVER!!

      I am posting this review for two reasons awareness and I need some suggestion. I bought a Hyundai ******** limited edition for $43000 in May 2021.The key point of the sale is, it's a certified car. Within 10 days of purchase, I started hearing noise from the sensors. I reached out and they gave me an appointment after 2 months and they got my car for diagnosis and handed me over a receipt for $1500 for service. They gave a couple of pictures from the bottom for the car stating that it's been rusted on axils with two pages of issues. After all emails with there management they gave us two free services and canceled the $1500 bill.After a month again I got a problem with the sensors and cameras. They gave me an appointment after one month. They had my car for 2 months for service without even providing me a loaner car.After 5 times of my visit last week still the problem continues. I was having my car with me for only four months. They have completely cheated on me.

      After taking my car to a mechanic, the mechanic said that needed repairs are under an extended warranty and suggested I take it to a dealership. I made an appointment on 6/9/2023 for my car, and unfortunatey, I had to wait until 7/19. I called and left a voicemail on 7/12 making sure to confirm the appointment and received a voicemail on 7/13 from the dealerships repair shop that it was all set. I took the day off work, went into the dealership on 7/19, and then was told it could be looked at in two or three months. I never received an answer as to why I had an appointment in the first place but they said they'd put me towards the top of the list. It's six weeks later and I'm stil waiting. I understand Hyundai dealerships have a backup but that does not explain the above issue.
