            I was looking for a specific empty bottle. In finding a listing for what I wanted, I emailed them asking if the bottle shown is the exact same bottle being shipped, and stated yhe specufic reasons for my asking prior to ordering. She said yes. I ordered, and the two bottles I received are tje style of bottle I specifically said I did not want. I sent her pictures of her listing, pictures of my bottles I was trying to replace, and pictures of the bottles she sent me. She has told me repeatedly they are all identical, despite clear images with text, and the differences circled. She issued a partial refund after much arguing and telling me I'm wrong. However, I'm still out additional monies as I had to pay shipping on a clear misrepresentation (aka bait and switch). I will happily furnish pictures for anyone needing them, as well as all correspondence between ***** and I, before and after my ordering.
