      On September 22, 2022 a co-worker and I ordered an item with our points. We both received an incorrect item and immediately contacted ***************** **************** requested we provide photographs and attempt to locate product numbers for incorrect item we received. There was absolutely no mention of the item we actually purchased until we specifically requested an update after we fulfilled the numerous requests from your company about the incorrect item, numerous photographs requested along with us doing research to find out what the product number was. (This is not our job or our responsibility, it is Work Humans, but we both acquiesced to all of Work Humans requests). As people who are very well versed in customer service, we could clearly see that the employees reaching out to us were not. Once we sent all of the information Work Human customer service requested, we requested status on the item we ordered. We chose this item out of at least 5 or 6 items that were all listed in the same price range. The response we both received was that Work Human incorrectly posted all 5 or 6 of the same items in the same price range, they cannot fulfill the order, and oh well, too bad. As two people who are well versed in customer service, we are seriously perplexed about the company's response to an error on Work Human's end and the statement that Work Human cannot fulfill an order, when they are clearly choosing not to. Despite at least 8 attempts to receive a response from a manger, our emails have been repeatedly ignored. Work Human is clearly not interested in providing a work human experience, honoring purchases only if they choose too and not even bothering to escalate an issue to a manager for response. After 8 emails, including to Work Humans Chief Human Experience ******** ****************************** Work Human is clearly more concerned about incorrect items received by customers, than a customers actual purchases from their company.

      Please see attached response. This complaint was sent to an obsolete email address and as such, the appropriate teams did not have visibility on this complaint until late into the process. Thank you for your patience, and as the above response demonstrates, the customer who made the complaint has already been made whole.

      I have placed an order on Aug 18 to redeem ****** points with delivery listed within 7 days. 3 weeks later I have not revived my order, I am told that the order will be shipped in 4 weeks, not 7 days. I am told that the Workhuman did not receive a confirmation about whether or not this order was shipped and they are not refunding my points. I want to cancel this order, have my points refunded to me and order e-gift cards, however it seems like due to poor process engineering between Workhuman and the supplier, there is a lack of transparency to me. I feel like my order continues to be in this limbo that workhuman created. I would have never placed an order if they were transparent from the beginning that it will take weeks to ship it. I have contacted workhuman 4 times via e-mail and 3 times via phone.

      Hello, thanks for listening. I would like to file a complaint against this company. They sent my bath and body works gift card to the wrong address. XX-6ZPCQ-ZC5C2-MZ2HW-X6KNK is the order number for reference. The correct address they should have sent the $50 gift card is Lena Georgiev 1133 S Blvd unit 701 in Oakpark IL 60302. They sent it to unit 107 but there is no such unit in my building since the first floor with people living is floor 5. I called them and they said there is nothing they can do. I went to the post office and they said that the letter was sent back to the original sender which is workhuman. They need to either send me a new card to the correct address unit 701 or refund my account so that I can order a new car. I worked really hard for this bonus and I am a single mom. Please help me get the gift card I earned with my hard work. Thanks. Lena 847 420 8242

      The customer was refunded fully once the order was returned.

      The address provided by the customer was incorrect causing the shipment to be undeliverable and subsequently returned. Customer was informed of this situation and advised we were investigating accordingly both on 16th and 19th of February. 

      We refunded the order for the full value on the 24th of February and informed the customer who used the refund the same day for a new order that was completed and delivered correctly.
