i bought something from this dispensary a week ago for 37$ and today i woke up and my bank told me that they changed my 37$ to 74$ which then sent my bank into a negative balance. i then called the dispensary and they told me that it is cash app doing this stuff when i know for certain that they are lying. they also proceeded to tell me that i was not the only customer that this has happened to. so i proceeded to call (coyni) which is the company that owns the credit card scanners and they proceeded to tell me that who ever is doing those charges is doing it from the dispensary. i really would like you guys to look into this matter as i would like to press charges on whomever is doing this to the customers at this dispensary cause it is very wrong and illegal to go back and change a transaction that was finalized on 2/6/24 when i left the store.Business response

We are sorry to hear that you experienced an overcharge when you made a purchase with us. We received a notice from the card processing company that some customers might have been double charged by accident. The processing company refunded the amount that was double charged to your account last week. I would like to assure you that this was not done at the store level as employees do not have the ability to charge an account without the customers card present.
