      BAIT AND SWITCH - STAY AWAY - I hired ******* Morris (Morris Home Services) for a COMPLETE BATHROOM RENOVATION. We verbally agreed upon a price and exactly what needed to be done. After starting the job ******* Morris changed the terms that we agreed to. ******* Morris INCORRECTLY installed a shower insert without leveling and replacing the rotting wood. (see pics) After ******* Morris incorrectly installed the shower insert over the rotting wood, and put up some sheetrock, ****** Morris told me that "He is done with the bathroom renovation and wanted payment in full." I have attached pictures of what a ******* Morris (Morris Home Services) considered a complete bathroom. I now have incurred damages as a result of ******* Morris and must now pay another contractor to undo and fix ******* Morriss mistakes. ******* Morris:He showed up a day late,Within 10-minutes of arriving, he yelled out, Mother Fucker!! at the top of his lungs.Very unprofessional,Short-tempered,Did not do what we agreed to,Did NOT complete what he agreed to,Changed the prices that we had already agreed to,Charged me 10 extra hours at $85 an hour,Did NOT complete the job, yet asked for full payment,Horrible communication, youll have no idea when hes coming or going, or coming back,I had to vacuum EVERY DAY when he left for the day, ****** Morris made an absolute mess,I have incurred damages by ******* Morris (Morris Home Services) - I now must pay to another contractor to fix the mistakes and poor work of ******* Morris.He was mad that he did not plan properly and HUNG the phone up on **** had to FIRE ******* Morris.I wish I had ****** Searched: ******* MORRIS aged 49 before I hired him.The pictures attached show the state in which ******* Morris (Morris Home Services) left my bathroom; incomplete. As you can clearly see, ******* Morris did NOT complete the job.

      ******************** recitation is false and this is an attempt for him to get out of paying the remainder of his bill owed to me for work completed in his home. He continues to owe me $1,900 for the hours I put in. My attorney has been in touch with him and we have attempted to work out a compromise, but instead, he has decided to publicly disparage me and my business in an attempt to get out of paying his bill. **************** did not allow me to finish the job, and threatened me that he would call the police if I returned to his home to do so. As such, I sent him a bill for hours worked. He is now looking to get his deposit refunded, though the vast majority of it was the materials I purchased and installed in his home. I will not give him a a refund, and he remains owing me funds, for which I plan to seek payment. 

      Morris Home Services has been in business for 3 1/2 years, and has served hundreds of customers. We receive praise from our customers for our professionalism, customer service, and quality work at fair prices.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does NOT satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.

      ******* Morris has made no attempt to compensate me for the damages that I have incurred due to his faulty craftmanship.  At this point, I have already had to pay out over $1000 to fix ******* Morris's mistakes and the work is still being done to fix his mistakes; which will end up costing me even more money.

      **************** paid a $1500 deposit which paid for his materials, which are currently in his home. He is not going to be reimbursed for materials which he is currently in possession of. He continues to owe Morris Home Services $1,900 for the work done in his home. His allegation of damage to his bathroom is patently false. Once again, this is nothing more than an attempt to disparage this business because he chose not to pay his bill.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does NOT satisfy or resolve my is***s and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.

      ******* Morris keeps stating that "I" have disparaged his business.   The only thing that has disparaged ******* Morris's business is "******* Morris," with his poor work and faulty craftsmanship that can clearly be seen in the photos that I originally submitted.  ******* Morris has made NO ATTEMPT to pay me for the damages that I have incurred due to his faulty craftsmanship, but rather, ******* Morris has threatened to *** me for payment.  

      I have just now, attached a report performed by **************.  ************** report was performed immediately after I fired ******* Morris.  ************** report clearly states, "FLOOR WOOD: EXTREME ROTTING WITH VISIBLE MOVEMENT."   ******* Morris installed the shower over a rotting floor, and that cost me money to fix.  Additionally, besides his faulty craftsman, ******* Morris changed the money terms at which we both had originally agreed to, and also decided to charge me an extra $1000 out of thin air.
