Zero communication after refund request and did not do the job we paid for and stopped responding a month ago. Product doesn't work and poor customer service. 5/20/23 we paid 504.00 to Four Paws (Pure Life Lawn Care [email protected] - 508-691-6052)) via a credit card for Mosquito/Tic spraying for the summer 2023 that would come out and spray every 3 weeks. They came out and sprayed first week and we didn't see any change in mosquitos in fact it was almost an increase. A few weeks later in June they sprayed again and then we never saw them again. Multiple emails (we have records of all of them and cc transactions) asking for next spraying and we are not seeing anyone come out or return of emails quickly. Return emails finally come from customer service (Cindi) asking about retaining water and things we might not be doing and also talking about plants in yard and temperature preventing them from spraying and every excuse imaginable. Complained all summer and finally asked for refund and Cindi said she couldn't help me but added the owner (Stephanie S****** ****************************) Stephanie never responded to multiple emails and phone calls and it has been months. We would like our money refunded immediately and this company to be put on notice. We are very frustrated and just want a refund and to never to business with them again. I prepaid for an aeration and overseeding service in March 2023. I had a sprinkler system installed in May. The installer ran into issues with the ground, and advised that the piping was not very deep in many areas and advised against aeration. I contacted Four Paws to cancel that part of my service and to obtain a refund for those services. I received a confirmation from them on 5/31/2023 that this will be processed. I have to date not yet received a refund. I have contacted them several times both by email and by phone and was advised that the owner has contacted to cut a check for me, but I still have not received it. I simply want my money back, and I don't understand why it has taken so long.Customer response

Hello - I was able to speak to someone at the company - they asked to remain anonymous. Basically said they haven't been able to reach the owner for awhile now but have sent my request over to her several times. I was not encouraged by that response and the circumstances of the call. I was able to speak to my credit card company and they were able to submit a ************** thankfully, the original charge was around 6 months ago. They have refunded me and are awaiting a response from the company, so I am unsure if they will fight me there. thank you for trying!Initial Complaint

I prepaid $513.00 on 11/14/22 to Four Paws Lawn Care for the 2023 season. I was promised by their manager, ********************* that if I wasn't satisfied with the service they would either fix my lawn or refund all my prepay. My lawn was almost destroyed by fungus. I gave them the choice to fix it or refund my money.. After seeing my lawn they said [6/29 email] they would return my money within 30 days. It is now 53 days past that email without any payment. I have repeatedly emailed and called to no avail. I have all the the emails,receipts, and pictures of my lawn if there are any questions. They ceased doing any work on my lawn as of 6/29 and I have spent hundreds of dollars on my lawn trying to repair it.
