We had a terrible experience with Nap's garage. We have been using them for the past few years, so when they said they could repair our 2004 Mercedes sedan we believed them. Long story short, they disassembled the entire console area, discovered that they could not repair it. Sent it back to us in many, many pieces, with the key locked in the ignition. No particular apologies or acknowledgement that they contributed to the mess. Never use them! I had to pick a star but it was really a no-star experience.

Well we at Naps are very disappointed with Sharon's response especially when we explained everything and both her and *** agreed with what we explained to them both they had the vehicle towed to us with the key stuck in the ignition and they claimed it would not shift the tow truck driver some how got the vehicle into neutral and delivered to us with the key still stuck in the ignition after we received the vehicle we explained to Sharon and *** who actually owns the car not Sharon that we are not Mercedes specialists but *** said to see what we could do like he always does when he drops it off and after we looked at the vehicle we explained that the shifter is jammed and we need to remove it to see what the issue is when we removed it all kinds of pieces fell out from the shifter we tried to find a used one but no junk yards had any anywhere so then we called the Mercedes dealer and they explained to us that there were only 6 shifters in the whole country and that they would have to order it and that they are the only ones that could reprogram it when they did get one in we explained all of this to *** the actual owner of this Mercedes and at the time he understood we also explained this to *** and this is why we did not reassemble what we took apart because after discussing this matter with *** in person he understood and was going to have it towed to a Mercedes dealer and we figured it would save on labor not putting everything back since it would just need to be removed again also to defend Naps the key was out and no longer jammed as Sharon stated we also did most certainly did apologize and we had over 4 plus hours labor that we did not even charge for so we are very disappointed with Sharon's false accusations .especially because when her and *** came in there both fully understood the situation we explained we did as much as we could and we also apologized and did not not charge then for all the extra hours labor and both *** and Sharon and thanked us for trying so again very disappointed with Sharon's false remarks
