Emergency Response HVAC installed a brand new Lennox HVAC system August 18, 2021. I was told the system was under a full warranty for 5 years. The system is failing already and not emitting any heat. I called ****** at Emergency Response and he sent a tech out. After the tech looked at the system and discovered that the heat pump had failed, I was told that due to a dirty filter we would incur charges and may be responsible for the full price. The tech left and I immediately called ****** and got no response. For over a week we left messages and got no response. This morning after leaving another message threatening to contact BBB, I finally received a call back and was told that we would have to pay for things because the system hadnt been maintained. Its been less than a year since the brand new unit was installed.
